Low-Cost Bed & Breakfast Accommodation available in the private upper floor of a newly-built villa in a peaceful valley setting close to Sao Bras de Alportel. Accommodation can include either 1 or 2 bedrooms sleeping from 1 to 4 people. Both bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and have a luxury en-suite bathroom, refridgerator,Sky TV and radio/CD player included. There is also a separate private terrace with sun-loungers and table and chairs. In the summer months, guests can have exclusive use of the large 12m x 6m infinity swimming pool. For keen hikers, there are a number of beautiful unspoilt walks nearby; mountain bikes are also available. Although the villa is situated in a secluded & peaceful semi-rural location, it is only 5 mins drive to the nearest town of Sao Bras de Alportel where there are a number of excellent low-cost restaurants . Owners would be pleased to meet guests on arrival at Faro airport & guide them to the villa. A car is essential; children over 12 welcome.

This newly-built luxury villa is located in an unspoilt valley setting near the village of Mealhas which is about 2 kilometres east of the delightful town of Sao Bras de Alportel. Many low-cost Portuguese restaurants are located nearby offering traditional Algarvian fish and meat dishes. Beautiful beaches e.g. Manta Rota and Praia de Barril, can be reached in about 30 minutes drive. Nearby golf courses include Benamor and Quinta do Ria/ Quinta da Cima which are both about 25 minutes drive. Lovely unspoilt walks are situated directly from the villa.
