The villa is situated directly north of FARO airport, only a 20 min drive away. Enjoy the life style of a rural Portuguese town away from the bustle of sea side resorts. The town and supermarkets are 2 min drive away. A multitude of excellent Portuguese restaurants are in the town and immediate out lying areas, catering for every taste and pocket. TAVIRA and FARO are 20min drive away and the Eastern most town of Castro Marim is 30 min away (as is the Spanish border). Four splendid golf courses are available in the Eastern Algarve as well as those more renowned ones in Quinta de Largo and Villamoura, all 20 min drive away. The pool is private and not overlooked. It measures 8.4 mts x 4.3 mts.

Sao Bras is a small town situated 15 K's north of Faro airport. It has many shops and supermarkets varying in size, where almost all needs are met. Market day is Wednesday, when all the local farmers bring their produce for sale at ridiculous prices. The fish stalls are well worth a visit. Cork production is the main semi-industrial activity.

Notes: A drive way and car port accommodates up to three cars. More parking is available outside the property gates. (all very safe). The property is surrounded by olive, almond. carob and cork trees in an area approx. 10m around the villa. One side of the property is set with flowers and shrubs. Sun loungers and dining facilities are provided for 'al fresco' living. The barbeque is situated on the elevated patio above the pool, which is large enough to be used for sun bathing too.

Lovely, quiet, villa with excellent views

This is a lovely villa set in a valley just outside the small town of Sao Bras de Alportel. The villa is approx 20 years old, it is not overlooked and has a good size pool. It is set at at the top of a hill and therefore has lovely views across the valley. The property is well managed, was clean and the listing description is accurate. A car is definitely required, whilst there are two restaurants within walking distance of the villa, the Intermarche (which is well stocked) is a 5/10 minute drive away. The owner provided an excellent customer service both before our arrival and during our stay. We wanted a quiet, relaxing holiday and that is exactly what we got!

Lovely clean well equiped Villa with good sized pool. Excellent quiet location, not overlooked. lovely views of surrounding countryside. Well placed, only 20 mins to Airport, 30 mins to some lovely sandy beaches. Lots of places of interest just a short drive away. Excellent Restaurants a short 5 min drive away, and also large well stocked Supermarket close by with lovely selection of Fresh local Fish. Would strongly recommend. Customer Service was excellent. A car is essential.

Very nice villa with everything we hoped for except for the hard beds. Very nice location, but you need a car. Then there are a lot of possibilitaies to go to. The customer service was very good and i would surely recommend this property to a friend. The property was also clean.
