The villa is situated direct north of FARO airport, only a 20 min drive away. Enjoy the life style of a rural Portuguese town away from the bustle of sea side resorts. The town and supermarkets are 2 min drive away. A multitude of excellent Portuguese restaurants are in the town and immediate out lying areas, catering for every taste and pocket. TAVIRA and FARO are 20min drive away and the Eastern most town of Castro Marim is 30 mins away (as is the Spanish border). Four splendid golf courses are available in the Eastern Algarve as well as those more renowned ones in Quinta de Largo and Villamoura, all 20 mins drive away.

Sao Bras is a small town situated 15 K's north of Faro airport. It has many shops and supermarkets varying in size, where almost all needs are met. Market day is Wednesday, when all the local farmers bring their produce for sale at ridiculous prices. The fish stalls are well worth a visit. Cork production is the main semi-industrial activity.

Sun loungers and dining facilities are provided for 'al fresco' living. The barbeque is situated on the elevated patio above the pool, which is large enough to be used for sun bathing too.
