Superb refurbished 3 bedroom Villa with own pool in Albufiera

The property is ideally situated in the Sao Jao area of Albufeira which means it is great for both golfers and none golfers as it is within easy reach of the beach, the strip and the old town as well as numerous golf courses. It has been completely refurbished in April 2007 to a luxurious standard including a superb kitchen area leading to the Barbeque, to the main living area which has a 42 inch sound surround on which you can watch your favourite programmes or DVD’s. A digital satellite system is fitted including full Sports package. The property has its own large swimming pool and also has air-conditioning and solar heating. You do not have to have a car as it is within about 30 minutes of the airport. A truly superb property which is regularly used by its owners to ensure it is kept in fantastic condition.
