Notes to the rental rates

• Payment is usually accepted in the Euros. At time of booking a 20% deposit is required with the balance payable in full 6 weeks prior to start date. A 200 (EUR) damages deposit is also required on check-in which you can pay at the reception desk and on checkout they will have a quick look around and assuming no breakages, refund your deposit. *** Rates are based on 3 people sharing. Hi John, Just wanted to write and tell you that we had the most fantastic time in Ponta Grande Resort. The house was beautiful and very well kept. The people were just lovely and the weather was well, hot hot hot. We tried out a few of the restaurants that you recommended and loved them all and also did the half day boat trip booked at reception. I also swam with the Dolphins at Zoomarine, something I’ve always wanted to do, so I fulfilled a lifelong ambition. It was very emotional and I cried - not a pleasant sight to see a 40 year old blubbering like a baby. It was wonderful. Sao Rafael beach is lovely and we did so much walking and exploring. We will definitely be coming back and so I will keep your address handy for future bookings. Thank you for all your help. Will be in touch hopefully sometime next year. Kind regards. Hi John We have just arrived back from our holiday at Ponta Grande and would like to pass on my thanks for a wonderful holiday. Everything was superb and we all had a relaxing time. We could not have asked for any more the villa and complex were first class and we look forward to returning again some time in the near future. The airport transfers were also excellent. Hi John, Returned on 08/08/07 had a lovely time villa was everything you said and more. A visit to slide and splash is a must for a family, a great day booked via reception pick up outside. Best restaurant was Dom Dinis 5 min stroll, everything from pizza to fresh lobster home-made desserts a must at 4 Euro. Chinese, left from resort was very good all round but margem sul was a little over priced. Food at resort was very good but service was a little slow at busy periods. . Breakfast as good as any where else we ate. We will gladly recommend the villa to any one who is thinking of holidaying in Portugal. Alan

Hi John, Sorry I'm a bit late getting back to you, but just to let you know we had a wonderful time, accommodation was spot on spacious, clean, well planned with all south facing balconies. It was a nice distance from Albufeira in a cab, although we hired a car for 10 days & went to Sagres, Silves & the mountains amongst other places. The weather was great, hot & breezy-perfect. It was also nice getting beds around the pool at 11am, no silly reservations at 7 in the morning. So all in all, we had a great time. Anyway, hopefully we will get to book again with you, maybe next year. Many Thanks for now Breda.
