Albufeira

Only 42kms via the A22, the new motorway from Faro airport, and ideally located approx 1km from “the strip.” where you will find plenty of shops and restaurants. Better known locally for its lively entertainment with lots of bars, clubs and disco’s with excellent music. A very popular area for all ages. For something more relaxing travel 2kms further on to the old town of Albufeira, with its lovely beaches, numerous shops, bars and fine restaurants. Enjoy a glass of wine in its quaint town square, listen to the pan pipes and watch the world go by - there’s always something to see. If all that is just a little too laid back for you, pick up a bargain at the beautiful leather and handicraft shops, famous for their excellent prices.

Attractions

Albufeira’s marina is only 3.5kms away. Harbouring over 400 boats and with shops, bars and restaurants this will be another popular tourist attraction. On a larger scale, visit Villamoura’s lively harbour – approx 20mins by car. Further attractions are aplenty, including Zoomarine, waterparks and Krazy world – a kiddy petting zoo and crazy golf. Approx 7kms away is Salgados golf course with many more top courses within an easy drive.

Keen golfers find that the location of this villa is ideal to combine both a beach and a golfing holiday, and it also works particularly well for partners and children who do not participate in the sport. Everyone can be happy! Discounts are available at most courses, please request when booking
