Notes to the rental rates

• After tenant confirms definite bookig interest per e-mail and upon villa availability Algarvacation.com will send cost free pre-reservation instantly(flights can be booked), valid until booking confirmation arrives. After booking confirmation has been send villa will be reserved for you five working days(date/time on e-mail heading is legal start of this period). Within these five working days required documentation needs to have been received by Algarvacation.com and downpayment of 30% of total rental sum needs to have been transferred onto Algarvacation.com´s account. From then booking is fixed however only after rest payment has gone into our bank account, booking reaches its definitive status which entitles tenant to the exclusive right of booked villa in booked period. In case of booking within 2 months upon arrival date, whole rental sum is due at once, the less time remains between booking date and arrival date the more 5-day-booking confirmation protection will be shortened.
  
• Pricing valid for occupation until a maximum of 4 guests(children included). Maximum villa occupation; 5 people(1 small child included). For party taking 5th person(only small child allowed!!) no extra charge will be due, however parents are responsible for bedding and linen. If the property has no leaving clients on your day of arriving, we almost at all times are able to allow you to take over the villa before official entry time of 4 pm if you have an early flight. On the other hand if there are no arriving clients on your day of leaving, you´ll be most likely to stay in the villa longer then official departure time of 10 am if you have a late flight. Please inform yourselves a few days before arriving/leaving, availability depending on cleaning company schedules.
  
• Included in rental price are: household service (once a week) with changing of linen and towels, bed linen, towels for indoor use only (beach - and pool towels to be brought by tenants), electricity, water, gas, pool service and gardening. Extra cost: final cleaning € 50,--, heating fee € 50,-- per week in low season + March, October + April.

Villa inside features

Inside; very big living area (40m²) offering separate dining area, comfort sofa, 2 bambus feateuils, secretary, open fire place, Astra digital satellite television/radio and a radio/cassette/CD-player. Kitchen, partly open to living room is equipped fully with modern, purely quality brand E-appliances, eye catcher the American Fridge with ice crasher. Kitchen opens to little patio and hall (with guest toilet and main entrance). Sleeping area is completely to be separated from living/cooking/dining-area and has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Both bedrooms with double bed and built in wardrobe, in between them a little storage room for luggage and/or golf equipment. The 'South-bedroom' also offers the already mentioned very pleasant views. Car rental

We are able to help you in booking a rental car. For years we have been working together with the same car rental provider, a very reliable company with a personal service and all inclusive prices, which until now has served all our customers to the greatest satisfaction. Big advantage in comparison with many other providers; you will not have to join queues to reach a counter and using a shuttle-service to reach your far away car (at departure you have to calculate a lot of extra time for car hand-in and the shuttle-service), here you will be personally welcomed by member of staff and escorted to your car on the airport car park (at 100m of arrival/departure terminal, where you can also leave your car on the day of departure). Prices are definite endprices, no hidden extras, even baby/child seat and roof rack for free(reserve upon booking car!!), SCDW included(no one off fee upon damage), no extra day paid in case of full week(s) rental surpassing due to flight details

Almancil- and Faro shopping

Almancil is aiming at the exclusive clientele of the luxury resorts surrounding it. You´ll find shops with reanimated international flair and names, covering for all personal- and decorations shopping needs. Most of the resorts themselves have shopping possibilities; especially exclusive boutiques are widely spread. Vale do Lobo-shopping on its resort and Bougainvilla Plaza in Quinta do Lago resort for example are 'the place(s) to be'. Faro, the Algarve's biggest city, offers everything to make a shopping heart beat faster. From small boutiques, crafts and art shops to shopping malls, there's something of interest for everyone . In the historical centre there is a huge pedestrian area, narrow streets and several squares invite to wander around in good atmosphere. Spread throughout the city, smaller supermarkets, butchers and bakeries complete the wide range of shopping possibilities Faro has to offer. Golf Information:

Golf is definitively the most popular sport in the Algarve, no wonder when realising the climatological conditions all year round and the exceptional beauty of lay outs (most of them by famous international golf architects!!) and surroundings. Read below a selection of 4(out of 35) excellent golf courses. Quinta do Lago 36 holes divided into Quinta Lago south course (now known as Quinta do Lago course (the old 'championship' course), par 72, 6488m) and Quinta Lago north course (also known as Ria Formosa course, par 72, 6205m). A truly international setting, synonymous with luxury and exclusivity. Both the courses enjoy spectacular views. Quinta do Lago course hosted seven Portuguese Opens. Very picturesque, with lakes and umbrella pines. Ria Formosa course; apart from the par 3´s, nearly every hole has some form of dog-leg, some quite severe, others just hinting at a curve. What they have in common is that they demand accuracy from the drives to achieve the best results from the second shots. Vale do Lobo also offering two courses, named Ocean course and Royal course. As the name implies, Ocean course provides attractive links-style holes adjacent to the Atlantic. Some greens are set against a backdrop of white sand and the brilliant blue of the sea. There are parkland holes, too, meandering through the Vale do Lobo estate. The combination provides a challenging course for golfers of all handicaps. The Royal course is originally designed by Sir Henry Cotton.
