This beautiful and well appointed centrally heated luxury villa has an enormous tastefully decorated living area with an unusual vaulted ceiling and minstrel's gallery. The games room features a superb pool table. French windows lead to an outside seating area that overlooks the spacious, tiled patio and large swimming pool - perfect for early evening drinks. There is also an adjoining smaller toddlers' pool. Outside there is a covered bbq area, which forms an idyllic, shaded eating area overlooking the immaculate garden. This exclusive villa comfortably caters for 12 people; it is child friendly and furnished to a high standard including satellite surround sound TV, DVD, VCR and CD player making it suitable for both golfers and families alike. All the bedrooms are air conditioned and the pool can be heated. A brand new kitchen has recently been fitted and features every modern convenience. This villa is an absolute gem and lovingly cared for and improved by the current owner.

Situated at the end of a quiet residential cul de sac 1 km away from the nightlife of Vilamoura town. Vilamoura is an upmarket resort and itself has 4 (shortly 5 golf courses) and every conceivable sporting activity you could wish for. The night life, casino, shops, bars and restaurants cater for every taste and budget. The stunning signature beaches of the Algarve, more fantastic golf courses and the 'traditional' Portugal of the hills are all within 15 minutes drive.

Would have no hesitation in recommending this villa and will probably use it again if returning to Portugal. It is situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac offering privacy yet Vilamoura is only a 15 minute walk away or 5 euro taxi ride.Everything is provided for an enjoyable and relaxing holiday.
If you are considering booking golf I would recommend Sungolfer and if you want to reduce cost ask about twilight rates eg Vale de Lobo Royal 72 euros.
I would also suggest that you avoid the Marina area when eating out and head for the local Porteugse Restaurant eg O Jacinta Quateria much better food,service and value.
The whole experience from start to finish was handled with professionalism and courtesy and I honestly can think of no negatives.
