Our spacious and luxurious villa is newly built and exquisitely furnished by a local interior designer. It is situated in the quiet, residential area of Encosta das Oliveiras. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 en-suite and 2 with balconies, a well equipped kitchen and secure parking in a basement level garage which leads directly into the house. The villa shares a large pool with only a small number of other residents and has a separate poolside garden with BBQ area. Inside it is furnished to an exceptionally high standard with air conditioning (extra charge) which also provides heating; satellite TV, video, DVD, CD player and a music system piped to each room. The spacious, open plan sitting/dining area comfortably accommodates up to 8 people.

Casa Gréine is very close to the Old Course and indeed the other famous golf courses of the Algarve and a mere 5 minutes drive from Falésia beach and the Marina in Vilamoura, making it ideal for both golfers and non golfers alike. Vilamoura boasts one of Europse's largest and most exciting marinas which is surrounded by superb shops, affordable restaurants, a cinema, a jazz club and a host of other daytime and nighttime activities. And yet, Encosta das Oliveiras is a quiet cul-de-sac giving residents privacy when required.

The sinks in bathrooms 1 and 2 are set in marble with loads of room for your toiletries and also have storage space beneath the sinks. The lighting in all bathrooms is excellent and very large mirrors over each sink.

Includes fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, vanity unit and bedside lockers. Coded safe in the wardrobe and fly screens on the windows to keep the mossies out but not the cooling breeze. Full length mirror on the back of the wardrobe door. Bedroom 2 is also quite large with plenty of space for an extra bed. Includes fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside lockers and fly screen on balcony door. Full length mirror on the back of the wardrobe door. By 6 beach chairs, I mean 6 sun loungers by the pool for exclusive use of Casa Greine guests and beach towels are also provided so less for you to carry in your case! All bedroom windows, balcony doors and terrace doors are equipped with fly screens which makes Casa Greine very comfortable during those hot summer nights without having to resort to air conditioning.

1) I was in awe when entering your villa for the first time. It is beautiful, nicely furnished and well equipped with everything you could possibly want or need on holiday.

2)... it is the nicest holiday villa we have ever stayed in... and hope to return next year.

We just got back from a week at your beautiful home. It was everything it's advertised to be and more...stunning, very well equipped and convenient to mention a few.
My husband and I as well as our parents were very comfortable, and our 2 kids said it felt like being home. I have already raved about the apartment to my friends.
Thank you Caitriona for all the information you provided and also thank you to Sandra.
My husband enjoyed the golf so I can definitely see us coming back very soon!
