Notes to the rental rates

• CHANGEOVER DAY: Peak/High Saturday. Please contact owners to enquire about flexible changeover day at other times. WINTER, SPRING or AUTUMN : SHORT BREAKS:Please enquire.
  NOTES TO RENTAL RATES: please note that from 1st November - 31st March, a charge will be added for electricity consumption.
  
• BOOKING PROCEDURE: A Booking Application Form and copy of our Terms and Conditions are available on request. No Booking exists unless acceptance is confirmed by us and the non-refundable deposit has been paid to us and acknowledged by us. A NON-Refundable deposit of 25% of the rental (subject to a minimum deposit of £250) is payable on submission of booking application. The balance of the rental is payable 8 weeks prior to departure. A refundable Damages Security Deposit is payable 8 weeks prior to departure.
  Payment in full is requested for bookings made less than 8 weeks from departure.

'We had an absolutely lovely holiday thank you very much. Your villa is fantastic, beautifully equipped and delightfully secluded. We found that it was perfectly placed for the guys to play golf (which they did for 5 days out of the 6) but left us girls peacefully sunbathing around the pool. Vilamoura was within easy reach and we ate out every evening except one night when we had a BBQ, again everything we needed was available....... am sure that we will be returning to La Bastide in the future..... JUNE 2006 'We could not fault the villa or the information provided. The local markets had some really fresh and cheap produce and we made good use of the barbeque. The villa was very well equipped and the furniture and decor gave it a very homely feel. We had a lot of fun playing pool and table football in the evening.You have obviously gone to a lot of trouble to ensure your guests feel welcome from the minute they step through the door. Golf Information:

Vilamoura is Golfer's paradise, with its five distinctive championship golf courses and the Vilamoura Golf Academy. The villa is a 10 minute stroll from the venerable 'Old Course' and a 5 minute drive to each of the other Vilamoura courses: Pinhal, Laguna, Millenium and the brand-new Victoria, all of which can be booked in advance. (owners can supply telephone numbers/email addresses for booking). Vila Sol is nearby and a 15 minute drive brings you to Val de Lobo and Quinta do Lago. They say that there are around 40 courses within driving distance of Vilamoura. The Algarve enjoys around 3000 hours of sunshine per year and truly mild winters. The possibility of playing golf in the sunshine practically all year round makes Vilamoura a choice location for the Golfer!
