New kitchen very well equipped -dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, granite worktops, electric oven and hob. Separate Utility Room - washing machine, tumble dryer, etc. To right of Dining area are three bedrooms(two twin-bedded rooms with garden access share full bathroom , then second Master Bedroom with private en suite bathroom). Golf Information:

The villa overlooks the 2nd Tee of The Old Course and is within 5 minutes drive of each of the other five Vilamoura courses: Pinhal, Laguna, Milennium, Vila Sol and the new Victoria Course which will host the World Golf Championship in November 2005. The Golf Academy is near the villa. Quinta do Lago and Val do Lobo are only 15 minutes away. There are around 40 courses within easy driving distance of Vilamoura. .
