(direction of play is away from villa, so no miss-hit balls) Located in a quiet residential area, within easy walking distance of local restaurants/ bars/ small supermarket, only five minutes drive to Marina/ beaches. Set in own enclosed grounds, (safe for children) behind electric gates, villa has own private pool (saltwater), gardens, (Badminton, Swing ball), ample shaded parking space. Very attractive covered terrace with traditional built-in barbeque, overlooking pool & garden, ideal for dining al fresco. Spacious enough for one or two families, this is an all-year-round villa. (air-con/heating, log-burning fire).

(English channels), DVD, CD, Video Player. All this along with books, board games make villa suitable for golfers/ families alike, all year round. New kitchen very well equipped -dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, granite worktops, electric oven and hob. Separate Utility Room - washing machine, tumble dryer, etc. To right of Dining area are three bedrooms(two twin-bedded rooms with garden access share full bathroom , then second Master Bedroom with private en suite bathroom). Main Master Bedroom Suite ( bedroom, dressing room, full bathroom) upstairs enjoys great privacy. One of the most spectacular features of villa is the upstairs terrace overlooking magnificent Old Course. Comprehensive “Guide for Guests”, containing details of local facilities & amenities, including local restaurants, taxis, attractions is provided

Golf: The villa overlooks the 2nd Tee of The Old Course and is within 5 minutes drive of each of the other five Vilamoura courses: Pinhal, Laguna, Milennium, Vila Sol and the new Victoria Course which will host the World Golf Championship in November 2005. The Golf Academy is near the villa. Quinta do Lago and Val do Lobo are only 15 minutes away. There are around 40 courses within easy driving distance of Vilamoura. .
