Both houses are fully furnished to the highest standard and offer everything you would need and more. Immediate facilities include a communal pool, gorgeous cafe, landscaped gardens, lawn bowling and 2 popular restaurants nearby. The 4 storey houses have a real 'away from it all' homely feel with the terraces offering fantastic views of the Monchique mountains. Depending on which house you choose you can have either 2 or 3 bedrooms and both have a games room complete with table tennis, electronic darts and an X-Box. Both houses have a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, lounge, SKY TV, DVD players, wood burning stove, air con, double room, twin beds, Jacuzzi bath, shower, toilets, washing machine, BBQ, sun lounger’s and dining areas on the terrace.

The townhouse has 2 main bedrooms - 1 double and 2 twins. Both have a bedside table, wardrobe, mirror, chest of drawers and air con. The 'snug' on the lower ground floor is often used as a bedroom. It has a double sofa bed and large chest of drawers. The main bathroom includes a Jacuzzi bath and shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge freezer, kettle, oven, toaster and everything else you need. The spacious dining area includes seating for up to six people. The lounge has a sofa, two chairs, wood burning stove, Sky TV, and coffee table. The Playroom includes table tennis, bean bags, electronic darts, tennis racquets & an X-Box for your enjoyment. We also provide a variety of books, CD's & games for both adults and children. The townhouse has 5 terraces. The upper terrace has spectacular views overlooking the Monchique countryside complete with dining table, chairs, sun lounger’s and BBQ. There is also a utility area on the top floor complete with washing machine.

Alvor, a traditional fishing village on the western Algarve is a perfect location for a great holiday. It has a great selection of restaurants, shops and bars and things to do. The main street leading to the harbour boasts numerous eateries offering some great Portuguese dishes and there are several lively bars open till late. Some of the Algarve’s best kept secrets are nearby including historical towns such as Silves, Loule & the renowned Lagos. Portimao is also nearby and is great for traditional shopping. The beach at Alvor is one of the most magnificent on the Algarve boasting 5km stretches of golden sands. There are ample sun lounger’s and cafes dotted along the seafront.
