Light and airy townhouse. Three double bedrooms (1 double can be converted into a twin) with en-suite bathrooms. Third bedroom and separate shower room on ground floor. Own private plunge pool and BBQ area. Seperate living room, dining room and kitchen. Full height folding glass doors lead from the living room to the outside courtyard area. There is a plunge pool built into the patio as well as a BBQ area. There is a modern, large kitchen which houses all modern appliances including washing machine. From the entrance lobby the staircase leads to the 1st floor consisting of 2 very spacious double bedrooms both with en-suite facilities. The house is located in a convenient location so car hire not necessary. For a truely Portuguese experience, Moncarapacho is the perfect holiday location. The local festival takes place during the month of July. Restaurants, bars, post office, local market, shops and banks within 2-5min walking distance.

For a truely Portuguese experience Casa rua do Carmo is located in the centre of Moncarapacho which is a small country town in the middle of an area which is home to orange growing and horticulture. It exudes a calm, unhurried atmosphere of people going about their business in a relaxed and friendly way. There is a Square 10 metres from the house where you can join the local people sit outside whilst drinking and eating from the local bar. The town offers all the facilities of banks, post office, internet cafe, supermarkets and other shops, petrol station, market, restaurants and plenty of pavement cafés. It even has its own tiny museum and local pottery. It has a market on the first Saturday of each month. For four days in the summer it comes alive with a big agricultural market, complete with local cuisine, dancing and music, and everything for sale from baskets to tractors. For the true Portuguese experience this is the perfect location and house to enjoy your holiday.
