A luxuriously furnished ground floor house located 10 minutes walk to Salema beach with magnificent sea views from the front and roof terrace. Ideal for families or 2 couples. The house has two bedrooms, one double and one twin but can accommodate 6 people as there is a a double sofa bed in the lounge with a wood burning fire ideal for the cooler winter months. The house is fully equipped for families as there is use of a travel cot, high chair, stair gate, table seat, baby rocker and an Avent baby microwave steriliser as well as a selection of toys and books. The house is complimented by the inner courtyard area, which is set up for alfresco dining for 6 people with the use of a BBQ. The roof terrace has stunning views across the bay of Salema, and is a perfect spot to watch the sunset, sunbeds are available. The roof terrace is complemented by a 8 seater rattan table which is the ideal spot for that morning coffee.

Only 1 hour from Faro Airport on the new motorway. Praia da Luz - 10 minutes Lagos & Sagres - 15 minutes Cape St Vincent - 20 minutes Portimao - 35 minutes Monchique & Silves - 10 minutes Parque de Floresta Golf Resort - 5 minutes drive Salema beach is a safe sandy beach with an excellent beach bar/restaurant and facilities to hire sun beds, small boats and pedaloes. The house is a 10 minute walk down to the beach.

Notes: The house is located 10 minutes walk to the beach, which is stunning. There are various surfing beaches down the coast to Sagres which are beautiful. There are 10 restaurants/bars within 5/10 minutes walk as well as a supermarket. There are 3 supermarkets within Salema village where you can get everything you need, plus fresh fish, bread, vegetables which you can get daily from the beach. The larger Ecomarche supermarket is 10 minutes drive away. All linen included, excluding beach towels. Maid and linen service provided once a week. Our managing agents can provide you with assistance on booking hire car, trips local knowledge etc. Parking is available on the drive in front of the house or outside the gates. Please note that the building work directly in front of our house is completed. They are still building at the end of the road but this in no way spoils our views and outlook of the house.

Update - April 2009 on building work opposite houses are completed in front of our house. Still finishing properties down the road but this in no way spoils our property or its views.

June 2008 we have just purchased some fabulous new outdoor furniture for the roof terrace which will seat 8. Pictures are available on the website or I can send you more pictures. A stunning spot for early morning breakfast or that pre-dinner drink.

Golf: We are a 5 minute drive away from Parque de Floresta Golf Resort. 10 minutes drive to Boavista Golf Resort and nearby is Palmares.
