Madeira house is a privately owned villa located in the 5 star resort of Vale do Lobo, Algarve, Portugal. The villa is a 3 bedroom 'Aldeamento' set in the heart of the resort and is within walking distance of the beach, Rotunda pool and all the facilities of the Praça. Just 20 minutes drive from Faro international airport and surrounded by pines trees, landscaped gardens and golf courses - it makes the perfect holiday location.

Notes: The villa is located with in the heart of Vale do Lobo at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. It has 3 bedrooms and will sleep 6 people comfortably. The Master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bath and shower room. The other 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds and share the upstairs shower/bathroom. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. The second bedroom also has its own balcony from which you can view the sea. The property has a fully fitted kitchen including washing machine, freezer and microwave and has all the utensils and cutlery needed to cook for a family of 6. There is also a BBQ to cook al-fresco and have the choice of dining outside on the properties private patio or inside at the dining table. Plenty of communal parking is available. Maid service included.

Close to the beach: The glorious beach of Vale do Lobo is a stones throw from the villa. Within 3 minutes of leaving the villa you can be lying on the beach or having a refreshing swim in the Atlantic.

Golf:

Vale do Lobo is home to two challenging and beautiful golf courses - the Royal and the Ocean - which have previously hosted the European PGA Tour event, the Portuguese Open. Based on original concepts by the legendary late Sir Henry Cotton and re-developed by respected American Golf Architect Rocky Roquemore, the Royal and the Ocean test a golfer's game like few courses can.

Both take players through umbrella pine and fig tree-lined fairways to the Atlantic - the Royal playing dramatically along the cliffs edge, while the Ocean sweeps daintily down to the beach. This combination of links and parkland golf provides an enjoyable game for golfers of all standards.

Fantastic value for money

We have visited Vale do Lobo before and wanted to ensure that we would be in walking distance of the beach and Praca so that our teenagers could enjoy the freedom to come and go as they pleased. This villa could not have been in a more perfect position, wonderfully peaceful and quiet and yet literally a couple of minutes walk to the Centre of Vale do Lobo.

The regular maid service was excellent and unobtrusive, the welcoming bottles of water and wine were very welcome!

The owner was always very prompt with emails etc which made the booking procedure very easy. We would not hesitate to return to this villa or to recommend it to friends.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers

Good price for good property

Everything is well arranged as far as organization is concerned, the neighbourhood of the property is highbrow and golf is everywhere. If you want rest, here is where you will get it, the shops and the shared swimming pool are very expensive, suggest to have a drive to shops in nearby villages for shops. If you like to swim go to one of the many aqualands, this property doesn't have any. The sea is a bit rough, so it's not for everybody i suppose.

The property itself is wonderful though and owner is very nice.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Tourists without a Car, Romantic Getaway
