This is a newly built, privately owned, luxury two bedroom Townhouse situated in a small secluded development in Vilamoura. The property is located between the historical Old Village and the Pinhal Golf Course. Vilamoura is the major resort in the Algarve, famous for its Marina, one of the largest in Europe, and its array of shops, restaurants, bars, clubs, casinos and four and five star hotels. Within easy reach are six quality Vilamoura golf courses, two excellent beaches, lawn bowls, horse riding, walking routes and many water sports to suite all ages. The property is built on three floors and also has a private underground car park for two cars. The first floor has the Living Room, Dining area, Kitchen and WC. The second floor has the bedrooms and the Bathroom and finally the upper floor has a Roof Terrace with magnificent views over the Golf Course and the Marina. Vilamoura is the name given to an area rather than an actual town. It is outstanding in that it is one of the largest single tourist complexes in Europe. Due to its size it offers the visitor nearly every form of sport and entertainment, and its southern border is lined by long sandy beaches and the Atlantic coast. Within the centre of Vilamoura there is a preserved Roman Site and Museum of Cerro de Vila, providing an interesting glimpse into the past. The location of my property is near to the Old Village, a beautiful development of ancient architecture providing within the development a small local shop, some tasteful bars and restaurants and apartments, and close by the Pinhal Golf Course for easy access to golfers. Private parking is available for one car outside the property and a further two cars in the underground private parking. Access the apartment by foot or by car is through a security entrance to protect your privacy. The premises are fitted with outside electric shutters on the downstairs patio doors, shutters on all other windows, all doors are double locked for your security. Golf Details: Vilamoura has many top class golf courses. From our Townhouse, Pinhal is within 500m, The Old Course Course 2Km, Laguna and Millenium 2KM, Vila Sol 2Km and the latest Arnold Palmer designed course, The Victoria Course 2Km. Outside the Vilamoura Town but very accessible are the courses at Vale do Lobo ( two courses ), Quinta do Lago ( two courses ) and Pinheiros Altos. I am able to provide a golf package with the rental of my property. The package include accomodation, the course booking for up to seven golf courses, collection from the airport if necessary and car hire at good rates. The package price is dependant on the time of year, the courses that you wish to play and how many games you wish to play. Club hire and cart hire is also available.
