The townhouse is in small private gated complex with large shared swimming and paddling pool overlooking Millenium Golf Course with sea in the distance. On the first floor Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and sun terrace overlooking the beautifully landscaped gardens and pool, and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and balcony. Twin and single bedrooms are on the low ground floor sharing a shower room. Sitting/dining room with fire place, TV with English channels and large sun terrace with sun beds overlooks the garden and pool. Fully equipped kitchen has sliding doors in to the terrace with BBQ and dining furniture overlooks Millenium Golf Course. There is a WC on the ground floor. Secure underground parking with remote control access and video entry system. Maid service twice a week.

A townhouse is located in the popular family resort of Vilamoura and backs onto the world famous Millennium Golf Course and is within easy proximity to all the wonderful world class golf and splendid beaches. Vilamoura is undoubtedly the Algarve's premier holiday resort. The townhouse is located in the Terracos do Pinhal area, adjacent to the Millennium golf course, and minutes away from the marina and beaches. The marina enjoys a wide variety of shops, bars and restaurants, offering family-friendly and more sophisticated dining. It also has one of the few casinos in the Algarve. The long, sandy award-winning Falesia beach is ideal for family holidays. Golf is the main sports attraction, with five championship courses in the immediate vicinity and numerous others close by. There is also horse-riding, a tennis centre and a bowling green. There are several water parks in the vicinity, and the Zoomarine. There is a nearby bus stop, with a service operating to Vilamoura.
