This is a new development, built and furnished to a very high standard. It is situated in a very nice area in Vilamoura known as 'The Old Village'. The property is located beside Pinhal golf course and The Four Seasons, which is very popular with golfers and families alike. Within 'The Old Village' there are some very nice restaurants, snack/bars, supermarket and a very cosy local pub/bar with evening entertainment, most major sports on TV and internet access. It is very close to Europe’s largest Marina with an abundance of restaurants, bars and shops. There are five 18 hole golf courses nearby, two beautiful beaches, various other sports and water sports/parks enjoyed by all ages!! The property comprises of a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, 2 twin bedrooms, living room with dining area & double sofa bed. There is also a lovely terrace overlooking the private pool and a staircase leading to a roof garden with lovely views, complete with sun lounger’s, table & chairs & a gas Barbeque.

Nearest Airport: Faro at 20km at 20 Kilometres
Nearest Ferry: Faro at 20 Kilometres
Nearest Motorway: A22 at 7 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 2.0 Kilometres
It is approximately a 15 minute walk to the Marina with its beautiful yachts, restaurants and shops. You will also find the nearby blue flag Falesia beach. There are various water parks and the renowned Zoomarine where you can swim with the dolphins. There are five 18hole championship courses in Vilamoura. In 'The Old Village' there is a wonderful Michelin star restaurant known as 'Willies' which we would HIGHLY recommend for that special occasion. Eating out- ALL tastes (& pockets) are catered for. Likewise, Nightlife accommodates all tastes and ages. Locally there is a top rate fitness centre which can be used on a daily rate! And for anybody into the 'MARKET' scene there is a really good one in the nearby town of Quarteira on Wednesday mornings. A visit to the nearby town of Loule is a must, even if only to ramble the narrow cobbled shopping streets. And for the shoppers, there is ALGARVE SHOPPING, 15km, Portugal’s largest shopping centre, well worth a visit!

Just returned from a fantastic stay at this villa in the old village of Vilamoura. The villa is presented to a very high standard and is spotlessly clean. The swimming pool & grounds are really well maintained, supermarket, restaurants are close by and a 15-20 min walk takes you to the marina. We particularly recommend the Zanzibar restaurant in the old village. We would have no hesitation in recommending this villa.

We are a family of 4 with two young children. They love it here. The pool is great as it has a divide between the deep end and the shallow end allowing the little ones to paddle safely! There is a terrific fully fitted kitchen which means you do not need to take so many clothes as there is a washing machine! The roof terrace has got to be my favourite in the townhouse as you can sunbathe in peace! There are some plesant bars and places to eat and snack to include a great mini market to stock up on the essentials. Golf is on your door step and the Marina is about a 15 minute walk away! Love it here so much!

We stayed here in April 2008 and it was absolutely perfect. It was spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable and had everything we needed. My daughter was only 1 and it was very child friendly with stair gates and gates in the patio. The pool area was spotless too and had a shallow end for kids.

this property was absolutely home from home.It is an outstanding property in an absolutely fantastic location.We spent 2 weeks there and thoroughly enjoyed it.I would recommend this property to anyone.the property was as the owner described.It was immaculate and very well kept.
