Easy walking distance to local bars and supermarket. The bus station close by offers services all around Albufeira and the Algarve. The spacious interior has a lounge and dining room with satellite television, comfortable seating and dining area with small balcony overlooking pool. Separate fully fitted modern kitchen. Downstairs: One twin bedroom with full bathroom. Upstairs: Spacious master double bedroom and a twin bedroom both with ensuite bathrooms and small balconies. Outside: A lovely 7 x 4m swimmimg pool, sun terrace and BBQ. Villa Miguel is a very impressive villa offering good standard accommodation in a prime location, with easy access to Albufeira town.

Villa Miguel is in a prime position to maximise your stay in Albufeira. 10/15 minutes walk will bring you to the heart of the Old Town, where you'll find a great selection of snack bars, restaurants, shops and bars around the famous square. Fishermans beach is popular amongst both the tourists and locals so you'd better get there early to grab your precious sunbathing spot! The Strip of the New Town (Montechoro) is vibrant in the evenings and offers great night life. A short taxi journey will bring you to this famous road of bars and restaurants. Usually sold in tandem with Villa Andre due to the houses being just 5 minute walk apart.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Prices based on 6 people occupying the 3 rooms. The maid will visit your villa at least once per week and they are responsible for general cleaning, linen change once per week and towels twice per week.
  • Due to its central location, the Villa Miguel does not require car hire in order to explore the range of activities in Albufeira. However, the glorious beaches of Gale and water parks of the Algarve await your visit so please enquire about such transport at time of booking to ensure details are also sent to you.
  • Only 25% deposit is required of the total rental cost to secure the Villa Miguel. Full balance is not required until 8 weeks before you travel. We accept debit and switch cards (£1.95 charge), as well as credit and Master cards (subject to 3% handling fee). Final payment can be made by Bank Transfer.

Villa Layout: Downstairs: One twin bedroom with full bathroom, as well as lounge area and dining table. Upstairs: Beautiful, spacious master double bedroom and a twin bedroom both with ensuite bathrooms and small balconies. Outside: A lovely 7 x 4m swimming pool, sun terrace and BBQ.

Restaurants and Bars: The Algarve is famous for its PIri PIri chicken, fish markets and glorious sunshine! A wide selection of restaurants can be found in the Old Town of Albufeira as well as great choice of bars along the famous 'Strip'. Family orientated, the Algarve has everything from water parks to shopping centres and has plenty to keep the kids occupied.

Weather and Temperature: The Algarve is known for its glorious sunshine and mild temperatures throughout the summer, with July and August being the hottest months of the year. Ideal golfing weather and fabulous sunbathing weather, so remember to bring your suncream!

Golf: Probably Europe's most famous golf resort, the Algarve offers superb golf courses in both Albufeira and Vilamoura. Balaia and Salgados golf courses are the nearest to Albufeira, however the delights of Pihnal, Millennium, Old Course and Vila Sol are all a 25 minute drive away in Vilamoura.

'We booked a 7 night villa holiday with ocean villas, staying at Villa Miguel in Albufeira town in July 2005. We had an fantastic time and would highly recommend this Villa to anybody. We decided on this villa because, as I drive for a living, I wanted a location within easy reach of the old town and its restaurants and bars without having to drive. It was a nice 15 min stroll down to the old town and what was even better was that only 3 min away was a typical local market selling fresh local produce including bread, fish and fruit. The Villa itself was very clean and very spacious, two of the bedrooms had large balconies that were suntraps, the other bedroom overlooking the pool. There were 3 bathrooms and very large kitchen and living room. The pool itself was perfect size and we use to sit there all day relaxing, only getting up to get a cold beer from the fridge. There were six of us in the villa and we had plenty of room. I would like to thank you for a lovely holiday!'
