This brand new Villa is located 5 minutes walk from the Beach in Vale Mangude in Albufeira, situated between the old town and the new town, 10 minutes walk. The Villa is furnished to a very high standard and enjoys breathtaking views from the sea from ground level and first floor large terrace. There are 3 double bedrooms on the first floor service by two bathrooms, the master bedroom is on suite and the other with a large terrace, with a spectacular sea view, accessed through French doors, the third double bedroom has a small picture balcony, all bedrooms having built in wardrobes. On ground floor there is a fourth double bedroom serviced by the third bathroom. There's a double lounge living area, one half enjoys a log-burning fire with satellite TV and DVD player, the other half has a six seater dining table with French windows looking on to the Pool. The Villa has a comprehensive good size kitchen with cooker, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave and a washing machine.

The Villa is between the old and the new town, 10 minutes walking to either. Five minutes walk to the Beach where there are many Beach bars and a Beach Club. Albufeira is the most mature, beautiful and typical town in the Algarve. Albufeira is the most centrally located main town in Algarve with the cleanest and most famous Beaches. The old part of Albufeira still retains the old fishing Village style with the best fresh fish restaurants and bars in the Algarve, whilst the new town 10 minutes the opposite direction from the Villa has everything from trendy restaurants, bars, night clubs and many shops. Being central in the Algarve, Albufeira is situated only 10 mins drive from over 10 quality Golf Courses. And less then 20 minutes drive from the Airport (Faro). 10 Minutes walk from an International Health Centre with 1st class medical facilities and Doctors. The owner of this villa lives in Portugal.

Great Location. 5 minutes away from everything.Quality villa with great views. My family had a great time at this villa, booking again next year.
Owner John (lovely man) took us shopping. Great thing about this villa it's 5 mins away from the beach, shops, restaurants but in a quiet cul de sac.. can't beat this place.
