This spectacular luxury villa overlooking the new Marina at Albufeira and the sea is a perfect setting for a holiday in the Algarve. Its fantastic views are a key feature of the villa. The accommodation is very spacious and bright throughout. The large living area has patio doors on 2 sides giving lots of light and opens out onto a wonderful terrace and the pool area. There is a split level dining area and a large fully equipped kitchen with utility room. There are 4 bedrooms - 3 double and 1 twin. All have air conditioning and balconies Outside there is a private pool (12m x 6m) in a south-west facing position towards the sea, large terrace with covered and open areas, terraced gardens with a mixture of grass, borders and rockeries, barbecue and shower. The villa is available to rent to non-smokers only. It is in a nice quiet location within walking distance of the Marina and the bustling Old Town.

The villa is located just outside of the Old Town of Albufeira. The new Marina is also close by. The beach at Albufeira is within walking distance and there is a great choice of wonderful beaches within a 5 minute drive, São Rafael, Gale, Evaristo, Castelo to name a few. In the Old Town of Albufeira itself there is a never ending choice of restaurants and bars, and a number of music bars. For something quieter nearby there are many good places to eat in the São Rafael area . For golfers there are many courses within a 30 minute drive. Salgados is the nearest (about 5 minutes). Within walking distance of the villa there is a supermarket where you can find most things for your everyday needs. For a larger supermarket, designer shops, cinema (8 screens) or ten pin bowling then go to 'Algarve Shopping' which is approximately 10-15 minutes in the car. The location of the villa is in a nice quiet part of Albufeira but within easy reach of most things.
