Excellent views, cul de sac location. secluded garden. This compact villa is set in a large pretty garden with lawns and trees for shade. Casa Pinto is a peaceful holiday villa with a lovely view towards the Monchique Mountain. Master Double bedroom with en suite bathroom, twin bedroom with separate shower room. Well equipped kitchen having washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, sandwich maker, coffee maker and large refrigerator. With doors to barbeque terrace, spacious living / dining room with doors to shaded terrace overlooking mature garden and pool. Good size pool with Roman steps at the shallow end.

Portimão is the second largest town in the Algarve and the busiest fishing port along the coast, which has open air sardine fish restaurants along the quayside. Portimãos centre has pretty flower filled squares and some excellent and varied shopping as well as a variety of bars and restaurants. The villa is located on the exclusive Serra e Mar country estate just 10 minutes drive from the beaches at Alvor, Praia da Rocha and Vau and having several golf courses nearby. 10min to the famous Penina (Henry Cotton golf course) 10min to retails park several shops and large super market Continent. 20min. to two large water parks. 25 min to Zoomarine. 20min to Lagos Marina 15 min. to Praia da rocha Marina

Notes: Linen and towels are provided for use in the villa. Clients must provide own beach towels. Bed linen and towels changed once per week. Maid service provided two half days per week. Additional maid service can be provided on request at the rate of 6.50 Euros per hour. The villa will be prepared for 1300 hours on the day of arrival. Clients are required to leave the villa at 1000 hours on the day of departure. Dates on the Availability chart are day of arrival and night prior to departure. Cots and cot linen at the rate of £12 per week and high chairs at the rate £9 per can be provided with given notice. Car Hire Rates with a reputable company can be provided.

The villa was accurate in description and very spacious. The property is well maintained, clean and in a quiet location. Fans were provided but air conditioning is a possible improvement we would suggest.
The gardens are large and well maintained with a large swimming pool. There is so much room on the plot that an extra bedroom would be another possible improvement to the villa.
You do need a car to get around but would recommend this to friends.
The location is ideal with beaches in close proximity. It is also easy to get on to the motorway and does not take long to reach various attractions such as waterparks. Supermarkets are about 10 minutes away by car but are very good when you get there.
The rental contact lives nearby and met us on our first day and also when we were leaving. She also sorted out a hire car for us which was ready for us on arrival at the airport.
Overall an excellent villa and very enjoyable holiday.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
