  To secure a booking a deposit of 25% is required within 7 days of confirmation.
  The outstanding balance must be settled 8 weeks prior to departure.
  Refundable damage deposit of £250 will be required at the time of arrival.
  Discount are available on booking of two weeks or more.

Family Friendly, None Smoking Villa

The villa is in a safe area with no reported incidents of crime etc. The gardens are enclosed to prevent small children wandering out of the villa and grounds, parking is within a gated secure area. The private pool is fed by a shallow splash pool and is ideal for small children to bathe safely. A short drive from the villa are water and theme parks, zoo marine, dolphin shows and a chance to swim with the dolphins. There are long safe sandy beaches within a few minutes drive of the property. Please note this is a no smoking villa.

Everything is provided for your convenience

You will be provided with a full itinerary for your convenience. A full compliment of kitchen cooking utensils are provided including barbecue equipment. All bath towels and bed linen are provided. Beach towels are not provided. A maid service is included twice per week and your pool will be cleaned twice per week. A hair drier is also included in each bedroom. Should you require any help advice or deal with emergencies, an agent is on hand who speaks fluent English and Portuguese.

Golf Information:

This property is perfectly located for fast easy access to all the major golf resorts. There are seven major courses within a fifteen minute drive of the villa. The championship courses at Quinta de Lago, Val do Lobo and Villamoura are all a short drive away. Following your ten under par round, return to the villa and you are in the heart of the best restaurants in the Algarve. We suggest you leave the vehicle behind and head for an excellent local meal in Almancil with a taxi fare from the villa at a cost of less than eight euros. Then have a lazy breakfast next morning (or later) al fresco style around your pool rather than rushing to a noisy hotel dining room before it closes. We can arrange golf discounts on your behalf along with discounted car hire (we do not take commission for this service). An English speaking manager is available to deal with any help you may require whilst in the Algarve.
