This beautiful recently completed fully air conditioned 2 storey villa features private gated driveway, exceptional build quality, large gardens and its own private pool (12m x 7m) with plenty of surrounding terrace and sunbeds. The area also has a BBQ & seating for al fresco dining. The villa is set on a 3000m2 plot featuring tastefully landscaped lawned gardens. A pillared entrance hall, with sweeping twin staircases, gives direct access to a spacious lounge which has a log burning fire, Sky satellite TV, DVD, CD & patio doors leading out to the terraces & pool. Adjacent to the lounge is a separate dining room. The designer kitchen is well equipped including an American style fridge/freezer & a separate fully equipped utility room. Also downstairs there is 2 twin bedrooms sharing an en suite. There is also a seperate cloakroom. Upstairs 3 double/twin bedrooms lead off a large galleried landing with seating & each has lovely en-suite facilities, built in wardrobes & private balconies
