A charming, child-friendly villa which offers pool heating and the facility to fence off the pool for the safety of young children. The villa is furnished to a high standard. The living room has satellite television and video recorder, a log burning fire for winter months and a sofa bed. Through an archway is the separate dining room and there are French doors leading to a covered terrace, the garden and pool. The ground floor master bedroom as a double or twin bedrooms and has a full ensuite bathroom with separate shower. There is also a cloakroom on this level. Upstairs are 3 further bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin and the children's room with bunk beds) which share a bathroom containing bath with shower over. The villa also offers a cot highchair and safe for the use of visitors. Outside there is a pretty garden with lawns and a new terrace. The 12 x 4 m pool has Roman steps into the shallow end. The BBQ and covered terrace offer a shady place to eat.
