Vivenda Flandria is a ground floor villa situated in a quiet urbanization at walking distance of the village (2 min), which is the great advantage, you don't need a car to go shopping or dining. Also the beach, one of the most beautiful fine sandy beaches of the Algarve is on walking distance (7 min).

The villa has a private pool, which is certainly in summer a real pleasure.

Alvor is a picturesque fisherman's village in the Portuguese Algarve with probably the most beautiful sandy beaches of the Algarve.

Since Summer 2007 there is also a very good network of city-buses that connects Alvor every 20 min with the centre of Portimão and with the beaches of Alvor, Praia da Rocha and Praia do Vau,

Inland you find at about 25 km the 'Serra de Monchique', with the highest peak in the Algarve, Foia at 902 m (2960 feet)

Perfect place to stay in Alvor

A beautiful house, fully equipped, very clean and very nice owners always ready to help us.
I would recommend this house and I would repeat again. Its 3 minutes walking to the center of the village, restaurants, bars.... 5 minutes walking to the supermarket and 15-20 minutes walking to the beach.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities

"For more than 10 times we stayed in Alvor and" Vivenda Flandria "it's our favorite place, to the village (2 min walk) and beach (10 min walk). The house is well maintained and clean, comfortable and on a nice quiet location near the center and near many restaurants and shops "Public transport and taxis are also nearby for easy access to other sites may geraken.Echt recommended

A cosy and quiet holidayhome

Already more than 10 times we stayed in Alvor and in "Vivenda Flandria" and it has become our favorite place, next to the village (2 min. walk) and the beach (10min walk). The house is well maintained, comfortable and cosy on a quiet location near the villagecenter:
