Rental Rates for this holiday villa in Alvor, Portugal

  • *10% OFF all remaining dates till 21/09/08*Our pricing is very realistic. Bookings that span price changed dates will be prorata. Bookings for two weeks would attract a 10% discount for the lower tarif week. These prices are based on 4 to 8 persons. For bookings of 2 to 3 persons, a reduction of £50 per person will be allowed. For 9 to 10 persons an additional £50 will be charged. Bookings can be for any number of days between 7 and 14, subject to availability. If the booking is for 8 to 13 days and fits a gap, a pro rata rate will be charged for the additional days.
  • The tariff includes cleaning before and after each booking, all linen and towels,(except for beach and pool). For stays in excess of one week, a linen and towel change is provided.
    Bookings will be provisional for two weeks. They may be from any day but we would prefer, if the customer has no preference, a Tuesday or Thursday start and finish. Bookings can be a minimum of a week. (They can be 4, 5 or 6 days but will be charged as a week).
  • The booking deposit is 50% of the holiday rental. This is non-refundable. A booking form is required at time of booking to ensure we have all necessary information. Balance is to be paid a minimum of 8 weeks prior to the start of the holiday. A returnable damage deposit of £200 should be included with this payment. Normal wear and tear breakage will be overlooked.

Ground Floor: Large Reception (4.8 x 7.5m) With gas “log effect” fire, Sky TV including Sports and film channels, DVD and small film library. Leads to a covered patio with sun screens opening onto a south and west facing patio and heated pool 12m x 6m. Additional patio with BBQ area and walled gardens. Downstairs Cloakroom and well appointed kitchen. The kitchen hall leads to the Dining room, which has a second TV with video player and small video library. Storeroom off with golf equipment – trolleys, bags and clubs for 4 players, beach equipment and body boards.
