This well-located two storey townhouse is a good option for families and couples and is situated only 1.5 miles from the golden sandy beaches and many restaurants of Alvor. The property is modern and comfortable with an excellent standard of furnishing. The ground floor consists of a lounge/diner, a well equipped kitchen, and one bedroom with twin beds and a shower room. Upstairs is the master bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and bathroom. There are also balconies to the front and rear. Outside there are grassed terraces to the front and back with table, chairs and BBQ.

Alvor is an ancient coastal village with one-ended narrow streets. Many of these streets now boast bars with live music and different types of restaurants but leading off from these there are still memories of the older fishing village. The village is well located facing a natural lagoon opening onto the sea. There is a choice of a long open sandy beach or a number of small coves tucked under the cliffs. The attractive 16th Century Parish Church that seems the only building that survived the earthquake of 1755 and has a prime example in its main doorway of the great craftsmanship of the Manueline era of architecture. Places near to Alvor are the commercial town of Portimão, the famous popular beaches of Praia da Rocha and Praia do Vau, and the semi-nature reserve of Quinta da Rocha.

It takes 15 minutes to walk into Alvor and it takes approximately 25-30 minutes to walk to the beach at Alvor and a hire car is recommended. Taxis into Alvor from the villa cost a maximum of €5. There is also a very reliable, regular bus service. The bus stops are very near to the house with buses to Alvor town, the beach, Portimao and the Retail Park. The Algarve region - The Algarve is renowned for its year-round warm climate and clean sandy beaches. Also, the Algarve boasts some of the very best Golf Courses in the World. The are many courses close-by including The Meridian Championship Course at Penina, the two Pestana courses, Gramacho and Pinta and the Alto Club. Other local attractions include the Slide & Splash and the Zoo Marine.
