Notes to the rental rates

• Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds and NOT PER PERSON. Winter lets incur an electricity charge. In the event of a holiday period overlapping different tariffs total price will be calculated on a daily rate basis. A 10% discount (non-refundable) is required to secure reservation with the balance payable eight weeks prior to departure date. If booking is made within eight weeks of departure date the full amount is due on reservation. Refundable £150 security deposit due with the balance to cover damages, repairs or lost keys. For your own protection, a comprehensive travel insurance policy should be obtained. Prices are for accommodation only and do not include flights. Includes linen and towels. Pool and beach towels are not included.

It takes 15 minutes to walk into Alvor and it takes approximately 25-30 minutes to walk to the beach at Alvor and a hire car is recommended. Taxis into Alvor from the villa cost a maximum of €5. There is also a very reliable, regular bus service. The bus stops are very near to the house with buses to Alvor town, the beach, Portimao and the Retail Park. The Algarve region - The Algarve is renowned for its year-round warm climate and clean sandy beaches. Also, the Algarve boasts some of the very best Golf Courses in the World. The are many courses close-by including The Meridian Championship Course at Penina, the two Pestana courses, Gramacho and Pinta and the Alto Club. Other local attractions include the Slide & Splash and the Zoo Marine.
