Casa do Lazer, a very luxury and modern holiday villa, built to highest standards & only a few years young. Due to the high fencing no in-view possible, privacy guaranteed! Inside; spacious rooms, modern & comfortably decorated. The kitchen is ample and completely equipped, giving access to dining area & the large living room with comfort seating, fireplace, under floor heating, digital Astra sat TV/radio & DVD/CD/MP3. Furthermore on ground floor 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. Upstairs another 2 bedrooms & bathroom. All bedrooms have double beds and their own build in wardrobes.Also upstairs you’ll encounter a second living room, this room can be used as 6th bedroom. Half round upper level a large balcony with views all the way up to the ocean in about 2 kilometres distance. Outside a beautiful landscaped garden with grass areas, (olive) trees and plants, completely surrounded by an evergreen hedge. Pool area, outside shower, private entrance and garage complete the outside picture.

The villa finds itself in a dead end street of the Vilamar-estate, solely existing of exclusive villas and a few apartments, no evening/night activities, privacy- and peace seekers are well catered for. The estate is located between the towns of Porches (at 1 km), and Armacao de Pera (at 3 km), a coastal town with a pleasant boulevard and a fantastic 5 km long beach. Another beach in the surrounding area is Praia Senhora da Rocha (at about 1,5km, closest to your villa), a very attractive little bay with tunnel link through the cliffs to Praia Nova. Left and right there are more splendid bays surrounded by stunning cliff formations, here you can make kilometer long walks right on the cliffs in the unspoilt Portuguese nature. A lot of beautiful nature also immediately adjoining your villa; a nature reserve start immediately at estate edges, kilometers of walking and mountain biking paths all the way up to the magnificent cliffs, hardly any traffic and almost no tarmac.

Notes to the rental rates

After tenant confirms definite booking interest per e-mail and upon villa availability will send cost free pre-reservation instantly(flights can be booked), valid until booking confirmation arrives. After booking confirmation has been send villa will be reserved for you five working days(date/time on e-mail heading is legal start of this period). Within these five working days required documentation needs to have been received by Algarvacation.com and down payment of 30% of total rental sum needs to have been transferred onto company´s account. From then booking is fixed however only after rest payment has gone into our bank account, booking reaches its definitive status which entitles tenant to the exclusive right of booked villa in booked period. In case of booking within 2 months upon arrival date, whole rental sum is due at once, the less time remains between booking date and arrival date the more 5-day-booking confirmation protection will be shortened.

Pricing valid for occupation until a maximum of 8 guests(children included). Prices for 10 people; € 1300,-- in low season, € 1700,-- in mid season, € 2100,-- in high season and € 2500,-- in peak season. For parties taking 9th, 11th and/or 12th person, € 100,-- per person per week. Maximum villa occupation; 12 people(children included).If the property has no leaving clients on your day of arriving, we almost at all times are able to allow you to take over the villa before official entry time of 4 pm if you have an early flight. On the other hand if there are no arriving clients on your day of leaving, you´ll be most likely to stay in the villa longer then official departure time of 10 am if you have a late flight. Please inform yourselves a few days before arriving/leaving, availability depending on cleaning company schedules.

Included in rental price are: villa occupation with a maximium of 8 people(children included), once a week change of linen and towels(towels for indoor use only, beach - and pool towels to be brought by tenant!!), electricity, water, gas, pool service and gardening.
Extra cost: final cleaning € 90,-.

We are able to help you in booking a rental car. For years we have been working together with the same car rental provider, a very reliable company with a personal service and all inclusive prices, which until now has served all our customers to the greatest satisfaction. Big advantage in comparison with many other providers; you will not have to join queues to reach a counter and using a shuttle-service to reach your far away car (at departure you have to calculate a lot of extra time for car hand-in and the shuttle-service), here you will be personally welcomed by member of staff and escorted to your car on the airport car park (at 100m of arrival/departure terminal, where you can also leave your car on the day of departure). Prices are definite end prices, no hidden extras, even baby/child seat and roof rack for free(reserve upon booking car!!), SCDW included(no one off administration fee upon damage), no extra day paid in case of full week(s) rental surpassing due to flight details

In a region with such a large ocean front, the Algarve offers almost every activity you can think of related to (the use of) water. Also for the ones who are not particularly keen to be in or around water, there are plenty of activities to spend a wonderful time in the Algarve! Read below a wide selection of leisure- and sport activities : Fishing, Swimming, Cycling, Golf, Horse Riding, Jeep Safaris, Mountain Biking, Wind and Kite Surfing, Diving, Tennis, Walking, Jet ski, Parasailing, Water Ski, Sailing, (Lawn)Bowling, Deep-Ocean Fishing, Karting, Dolphin- and Bird Watching, Speedboat-, Catamaran- and Sailing Boat Rentals, Ultralight Flights, Mini-Golf, etc. Water parks, zoos, family parks (Zoo Marine, Aquashow and Krazy World) as well as several museums invite to trips. Surrounding cities / distance to airport
To Portimao and Albufeira, the bigger towns in your villa area, it's only a twenty minute drive. Portimao, the Algarve's second biggest town but biggest port invites with the most famous beach of the Algarve, Praia da Rocha and its kilometers of boulevard, beautiful marina, nice riverside, thriving nightlife let´s no one get bored!!. Albufeira as well is known for its nightlife on the 'strip', loads of bars and restaurants, touristic but never overcrowded. Within only 15 minutes by car you will reach 'Algarve Shopping', one of the largest shopping centers in Europe, with a hypermarket ('Continente') 6 movies, 12 bowling lanes, various restaurants and over 140 shops. Carvoeiro and Silves, both at about 10 km) are also worth a visit. Carvoeiro has a great atmosphere with Mediterranean flair, wandering around & visiting bars and restaurants is recommendable. Distance to the International Airport of Faro is around 52 km, conveniently travelled in 35-40 minutes as 90% is double lane road.
Golf Information:
Golf is definitively the most popular sport in the Algarve, no wonder when realising the climatological conditions all year round and the exceptional beauty of lay outs (most of them by famous international golf architects) and surroundings. Read below a selection of 4 excellent golf courses in your region out of the Algarve' approximately 35 golf courses; Palmares Course: the breathtaking scenery can be appreciated from most of the course, with views over the Alvor river estuary, beaches and the bay of Lagos. There are 5 authentic links holes amongst the dunes close to the ocean exposed to the prevailing winds. Other holes throughout hillsides and valleys full of trees. Penina Course: it has hosted the Portuguese open 8 times and is built on flattish parkland terrain with fairways lined by countless trees and with tricky water hazards. Also several long par-3 and par-4 holes, requiring both length and accuracy. Alto Course: it boasts a majestic site overlooking the ocean and with views inland towards the Monchique hills. Some 10.000 trees were planted on the course and have attracted a large variety of birds. The course is not overly difficult and can be enjoyed by golfers of all standards. Golf do Morgado; recently opened, almost a 1000 acres, making it the biggest golf course in the Algarve. Beautiful scenery, pure nature, no villas/apartments but 6 lakes, hills, valleys, 1000's of olive, carob and fig trees, the unspoilt Algarve!
