The villa and cottages are situated in the centre of the Algarve in a quiet rural area with orange groves and olive trees, but also only 20 minutes drive to the seaside. In the large garden with tropical plants is a pool (14x5 m), barbecue area, 2 lawns,shelter with pooltable (works on 1 euro coins),darts, shuffle board and several places to sit privately. Ideal for your holiday with family and/or friends, but also if you only want to rent just one cottage for 2 people.

Borboleta is one of the two cottages on the property next to the villa Quinta Brancor. It has 1 living/diningroom with kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, toilet and washstand, a double bedroom and its own terrace with table and chairs. You can use the garden, the barbecue area and the pool (14x5m) with terrace and lawns. The barbecue area has a double barbecue with several tables and benches/chairs to sit privately if the villa may be let as well.

Occasionaly a shepherd passes with a large herd of sheep or a donkey-cart. Very close you can meet the friendly local people. Or you can visit nearby places, like the market town Messines, historical Silves with museums and castle, Monchique with its famous springs, old Roman baths and high mountains with stunning views. South you can go to the coast, with ancient fishermans villages or the more touristic seaside resorts. Directly south, just before Albufeira is the Algarve shopping centre with many restaurants and various shops, from smaller boutiques to large supermarkets.

  • We ask a safety deposit of 100 euros in cash at arrival, which will be returned at departure if the are no damages or loss of keys, etc
    The prices above are up to 2 persons. For a third and/or 4th person is 25 pounds per person per week extra for extra towels, bed linen, electricity, etc.
    Price for final cleaning 35 euros.
    in winter time for heating 5 euros per night.
  • The payment: the first 50% has to be payed on the booking time. The second 50% has to be payed 1 month before the beginning of your stay. If the booking time is less than 1 month before the beginning of your stay, the whole amount has to be payed at once at booking time.
    If you pay the whole amount at once at booking and the booking time is more than 4 months before the start of your stay, we give a 10% discount.
    The booking is only then definite when the amount is received on our bankaccount and will be confirmed by us.
  • We have 2 normal bikes and 6 mountain bikes.
    Rental rates: £3,50 per bike per day or £15 per bike per week.

Notes: The child's bed is a 120 x 60 cm bed with high sides. An extra fold able bed is placeable in the bedroom. The living/dining room with kitchenette has a sofa bed which can be made into a twin bed. The 10 beach chairs are sunbeds by the pool with waterproof mattresses.
