This private spacious Villa with a heated swimming pool is surrounded by Natural Parkland & is very close to many secluded unspoilt beaches. Situated on a hill it has beautiful terraced gardens with orange, tangerine ,fig, lemon, and pear trees. The villa is split level with a spacious living area upstairs, with Sky TV, DVD & stereo, opening onto a huge balcony with panoramic views of countryside and the sea. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and separate  laundry room. The 3 bedrooms are downstairs all opening onto the swimming pool, with large separate BBQ area for al fresco dining. There are 2 double bedrooms with zip&link beds & 1 with twin beds, 1 ensuite bathroom and a family bathroom also 2 separate cloakrooms. It is a 3 minutes drive to the Parque da Floresta Golf & Country Club offering splendid facilities including  tennis, gym, spa, bowls, archery and riding. The town of Lagos is 15 minutes away with its beautiful marina, great shops, fabulous restaurants & nightlife

Nearest Beach: beach at 2.5 Kilometres

The villa is situated within 5 minutes walk across fields to the village of Budens, with its supermarket, restaurants and cafe. Cape St Vincent and Sagres are a 20 minute car journey. The West coast is a 20 minutes drive where you will find fabulous surfing beaches, with surf schools. An 8 minute drive towards Lagos you have the beautiful fishing village of Burgau and the seaside town of Luz, which has all the facilities you could require. Lagos itself is a 15 minute drive. There are a number of golf courses nearby, Parque de Floresta 3 minutes, Boavista 15 minutes and Penina half an hour. The fishing village of Salema with its safe sandy beach has beach lounger’s and umbrellas for hire, and is a 5 minute drive.  Faro Airport is one hour.

Places of Interest: The Western Algarve is a beautiful unspoilt area of natural beauty, with sleepy whitewashed fishing villages. Cape St Vincent, and its historic fort, at the furthest western point of mainland Europe is certainly worth a visit. Also inland is the historic mountain village of Monchique, worth a visit if only to see the magnificent views to the south and the Atlantic to the west, also the castle and ancient town of Silves shouldn't be missed.

Sports: Salema Beach provides Pedalos and canoes. Horse riding is available through local stables. Surfing is available on the West coast beaches. The marina in Lagos provides boat hire and charter sea trips. Local bike hire is also available for off and on road cycling. There are waterparks just east of Lagos for family entertainment. Numerous challenging golf courses within 3 to 30 minutes drive.

Nightlife: Lively bars and restaurants can be found in Burgau and Luz, with a local selection of very good seafood restaurants in the nearest fishing village of Salema. For those seeking more entertainment Lagos is only 15 minutes drive with its numerous bars, restaurants, discos sufficient to meet anyone needs!

Golf: The nearest golf club is Parque da Floresta 3 minutes away. +351 282 690008, this is an 18 hole championship golf course in a beautifully landscaped setting, golf clinic and driving range and has a health and spa centre, floodlit tennis courts, bowling green, gym, sauna, classes, competitions and social events, and a five star restaurant Boavista Golf Course is a 15 minutes away. The famous Penina club is approximately a half hour drive away.
