Villa Andre is a fantastic base to enjoy both lazy days around the pool but have easy access to the amenities of Albufeira. Walking distance from local supermarket as well as access to the sandy 'Fisherman's Beach'. The house is walking distance to the local hypermarket so you can stock up on food and drinks during your stay. Is usually sold in tandem with other 3 and 5 bedroom villas in Albufeira and so group bookings are always accommodated well.

The New Town of Albufeira (The Strip) is a 2 minute taxi journey and this is where the evenings come to life with vibrant bars and plenty of restaurants to choose from.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Villa Andre is sold as a 3 bedroom villa. The maid will visit your villa at least once per week and they are responsible for general cleaning, linen change once per week and towels twice per week.
  • Car Hire is not essential for this villa, as the bus station, supermarket, bars and restaurants of the Old Town as well as sandy beaches are all accessible by foot. If, however, you would like to visit the waterparks or shopping centres of the Algarve then we would recommend a car for this.
  • Only 25% deposit of the total rental cost is required to secure a booking. Full balance is not required until 8 weeks before you travel. We accept debit and switch card payments (£1.95 charge), with credit and Master cards incurring a 3% handling charge. Final payment can be made by Bank Transfer.

Villa Layout: Downstairs: One double bedroom and full bathroom, kitchen, lounge/diner. Upstairs: One twin bedroom, one double bedroom both with small balconies, and one full bathroom. Outside: Swimming pool 7x4m, entry gates and hedge around the villa for privacy. Fabulous built in BBQ area.

Restaurants and Bars: The Algarve is famous for its Piri Piri chicken, fish markets and glorious sunshine! A wide selection of restaurants can be found in the Old Town of Albufeira as well as a great choice of bars along the famous 'Strip'. Family orientated, the Algarve has everything from water parks to shopping centres and has plenty to keep the kids occupied.

Weather and Temperature: The Algarve is known for its glorious sunshine and mild temperatures throughout the summer, with July and August being the hottest months of the year. Ideal golfing weather and fabulous sunbathing weather, so remember to bring your suncream!

Golf: Golf in the Algarve is first class. Lush greens, glorious sunshine and well looked after driveways make the Algarve the number one golfing resort in Europe! Albufeira and Vilamoura are the best locations to enjoy a round or two, with Salgados and Balaia Village being the nearest courses on offer.
