This spacious modern villa was completely refurnished in 2006. The swimming pool (8m x 4m approx.) with steps is surrounded by extensive terraces with a brick BBQ. There are 6 sunbeds plus exterior table & chairs, and sun umbrellas. Accommodation: Ground floor: living/dining room with digital satellite TV with BBC, ITV and free to air channels & Hi-fi and DVD. A well equipped fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher & microwave, oven and ceramic hob. A twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a WC/cloakroom. The lounge and all the bedrooms are fully air-conditioned for cooling and heating, making the villa comfortable throughout the year. There is an alarm system and a safe. First floor: Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, twin bedroom with en-suite shower & a landing with a sitting area with ratten chairs. All rooms lead out to a large balcony. The property is enclosed with walls and a gate.

Rental rates for the villa in the Algarve, Portugal

^*Please Note: The owner of this property accepts payment in the original currency specified, before use of conversion tool. The conversion tool is provided for your convenience only. The owner may accept other currencies if specifically agreed in advance.

Notes to the rental rates

• Discounts available for low occupancy (up to 4 persons) for low season. Changeover day in main season is Thursday. For other days please request. Clients must vacate the villa by 10:00 am. Prices shown are for up to 6 persons. A 7th person (should be a child) can be accommodated on a Z bed for £ 75 per week. Cots and high chairs can be provided at an extra cost: Cot: £15 per week. High Chair: £10 per week. To book : By e-mail or phone. Bookings are confirmed when we receive the Booking form together with a 25% deposit. The final payment is due 8 weeks before arrival date. A breakage deposit of £200 is payable at the time of paying your final holiday balance. This will be refunded within 14 days after your return, providing there has been no damage or breakages reported by our property management office.

Our property management office is 2km from the villa. They offer friendly advice, help and assistance to all our guests including a welcome visit to introduce you to the villa and surrounding area. They also sell tickets to water parks, zoo marine, boat trips and excursions at discount prices. There is also an emergency telephone Nº provided. All guests receive a welcome food pack with our compliments.
