Air conditioned two bedroom apartment on the ground floor with two walk-out patios. The first bedroom has two twin beds full en-suite bathroom, large closet and a walkout to the to a seperate sitting area. Bedroom two contains two twin beds and a large closet. Dinning area seats six. Living area has a television, cushioned bench seating, wood burning fireplace and a pull-out sofa that converts to two twin beds. Our apartment is fully furnished, air conditioned, and we supply all bedding and towels. Maid service is available once a week. Located in the Clube Albufeira resort, our apartment is a convenient short (15 minute) walk to the old town of Albufeira and all its great restaurants, shops and exciting nightlife. Golf, great shopping, Marina Albufeira, are all located within a short drive from clube Albufeira. Whether you decide to lounge at either of the three spacious pools on the premises or enjoy the beautiful beaches nearby a good time awaits you.

Albufeira is a quaint little fishing village. It has all the whitewashed cottages, winding narrow lanes, lovely beaches and charm that you would expect. Albufeira is also known as one of Portugal’s top vacation destinations. Children will love the Zoo marine, they can swim in the huge pools, watch dolphins and seals performing, or they could ride the enormous water slides. If you plan to shop there is Algarve Shopping, offering a variety of stores, restaurants, a super sized supermarket, movie theatres and play areas for children. Next to the Shopping mall is a Factory Outlet mall with stores like Nike selling great apparel at huge discounts. There are no fewer than 30 golf courses within driving range from enjoyable lower priced courses to the pristine courses of the Algarve. All are within a half hour drive from the centre of town. Marina Albufeira has a wide variety of shops, restaurants, deep sea fishing tours, boat rentals, sunset cruises, and games for the kids

Golf, numerous beaches, Algarve shopping mall, outlet malls, horseback riding, fishing, health club, and Marina Albufeira are all within a short five minute drive. Whether you decide to lounge at either of the two spacious pools (one minute walk from apartment) on the premises or enjoy the beautiful beaches nearby a good time awaits you.

Great apartment, excellent complex

We stayed here in September 2008 and loved it! The apartment was very clean and everyone was very nice. Although the apartment is on the older side of the complex, it looked to us, like everything had been recently updated. The space was bright and airy and there was a fantastic yard for the children to play in. We loved being able to just sit out there and enjoy the great weather. We liked the location of the apartment as it was close to the entrance of the complex and allowed for easy access to the pool and restaurant and you didn't have to walk too far. We found the kitchen well stocked with all the essentials and there was a small supermarket just across the street. There is a free shuttle bus that takes you to the old town which runs quite frequently, but we rented a car to be able to enjoy all of the Algarve. The complex itself has plenty of activities and if you are not a beach person you will have a great time just experience the various pools available. We like the beach so enjoyed taking the car and exploring a new beach each day. There are newer apartments at Club Albufeira but we really did love this apartment and would stay there again.

The accomodation could only be described as basic. My husband and i both felt that it needed modernizing throughout. The dripping water that was leaking onto our childrens bedding wasnt pleasant and of course the whole villa smelt very damp. Apparently there was a problem with a pipe in the above apartment but this didnt help matters for us! A washing machine would have been extremely useful as we were a family of five but luckily for us the family next door did some washing for us.
The very busy main road could only be decsibed as dangerous and we would not reccomend to anybody walking down to old town. We ended up hiring a car and this then made our holiday. The actual complex was really good with plenty of swimming pools etc. We felt it needed a bigger supermarket and although there was one over the road on camping albuferia we then had to cross that terrible road and with three small children it wasnt worth the risk. However we really loved Portugal and would return again but not to the same aprtment.
