Luxury air conditioned villa set in its own beautiful mature gardens in a quiet part of the popular Club Albufeira resort about 2 kms North of Albufeira. The superbly landscaped and maintained holiday resort has four large communal pools, children pools, poolside bars and restaurants, all just three minutes walk away. The villa has a fully fitted and extensively equipped kitchen with separate utility room and washing machine. The spacious lounge/dining area has a wood burning fire with double sofa bed, sky free-view television, DVD, CD player and radio. The marble dining table will seat 8. Lounge doors open onto a large South facing veranda with modern furniture. Two large twin bedded rooms with fitted wardrobes, both having en suite bathrooms. There is a further separate WC and wash basin. Extensive facilities outside include barbecue, dining furniture and sun-lounger’s. Guests may use all the facilities of the resort including the free bus to/from Albufeira old town and beaches.

The Clube Albufeira resort is a mix of timeshare and private apartments and private villas. All the grounds are superbly landscaped and maintained. The resort reception offers services such as: telephone, e-mail, fax, stamps, safe rental, car rental, tee times for golf, airport transfers and excursions to the many local attractions. Special discounted green fees are available at the following courses when booked through reception - Vilamoura 1, 2 and 3, Millenium, Salgados, Vila Sol, Pinta and Gramacho. Situated across the road is Camping Albufeira which has facilities available for guests including a supermarket, restaurant, bakery, disco, large pool area, children’s sandy play area, craft shop, newspaper kiosk, tennis courts and football pitch.

Notes: The villa is extremely comfortable and well equipped as it has been furnished for our own use and not just the rental market. There are plenty of kitchen utensils for full family cooking (if you want to!) All bed linen, towels, soap and dishwasher powder are provided for you but please bring your own pool and beach towels. The villa is non smoking. A car is not necessary as you can use the courtesy bus to the old town and beaches. A local bus which runs a cicular route to the old town, marina, town hall and bus station is every half hour at ten minutes past and twenty to the hour and is 1 Euro. A taxi is 4 - 5 Euros anywhere in town. A car is handy if you want to visit the new Algarve Shopping Centre which is 5 minutes away and has a cinema, bowling alley, numerous restaurants, massive supermarket and discount retail stores, or to visit one of the many beautiful beaches in the area.

Couldn't have asked for more!

Myself, my husband and 21 month old have recently returned from our fab holiday. Prior to arrival the owners provided an excellent information pack including directions to the villa and answered all of my questions. Upon arrival the villa looked just like it does in the photos but there is so much more to it, they don't do it justice. There is everything you could possibly need. Our daughter loved all of the 4 pools and they were only a short walk away. We were very lucky with the weather but there is plenty to do should it not be so kind to you. We would advise a hire car but it's not essential. We would happily return.

Brilliant holiday, cant wait to go back

We have just arrived home from a weeks stay in the villa. We were so pleased to find such a fantastic Villa on arrival, it was like home from home. We were all very sad to leave and will definatley be coming back. The only thing I would reccomend is that you have a car but other than that you couldnt fault it!

Fantastic Holiday

We had such a lovely time. The villa is very clean, has everything you need, home from home. It was very quiet and relaxing. Our 4 year old really enjoyed playing in the garden.The pool areas are lovely, very clean. The poolside snack bar & resturant by the reception was our favourite. Lovely food, very friendly. My husband found a great dive company at the harbour, Easydivers. We hired a car but there was a bus everyday to the old town for 1 euro each way. We enjoyed walking around the old town in the evenings and found many lovely resturants to choose from. It was our first time in Portugal. We found it very clean, friendly and lovely food.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Great time!

Just a few weeks back from holidays, we are already missing Portugal and this beautiful place.
The house ist just a dream, quiet atmosphere, really nice furniture including everything you need to feel comfortable.
While our nice time we travelled to all the nice city´s around the algarve, looked up every day for a new beautiful beach (and found it!) to get some tan and afterwards we enjoyed the sea!
The evenings we spent with a bottle of wine on the terrace of our house!
We are glad about our time there and thank Roger and Barbara for the nice time in their house!

We will come back!

Great time!
