2 storey villa having mostly marble floors. Entrance hall leading to lounge /dining area.Cloakroom . Lounge has a fogo montanha and cable T.V. with video . Dining area has dining suite with seating for 6. Patio doors to garden and pool. Fitted Bosch kitchen with all modern appliances including dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and serving hatch to dining area. Two ground floor bedrooms, one twin, one double, with fitted wardrobes and separate shared bathroom, separate w.c. Marble stairs to first floor master bedroom with double bed, ensuite bathroom and doors to good sized sun terrace. Outside patio with swimming pool, garden furniture and BBQ area with sink all set in private hedged garden. Shutters or ornamental grills to all windows. Fly screens to all doors and windows. Air conditioning in lounge and bedrooms (supplement payable during Low season).

Additional information about rental rates

  • BOOKING CONDITIONS -

    1) 20% surcharge on rental periods of 4 days or less.

    2) The minimum rental period in Peak and Premium season is 7 days.

    3) Normal occupancy is two persons per bedroom. Any additional persons aged 3 years and over will be charged £44 per week which will include a folding bed where necessary.

    4) Normal changeover days are Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays. Other days subject to availability.

    5) Prices include electricity, gas and maid service unless otherwise stated.

    6) Access to accommodation is usually after 4pm on arrival and clients must usually depart their accommodation before 10am on the day of departure.

    7) A damage deposit is payable on arrival from £50 per person upwards, . This can be left as cash or by signed credit card slip.

    8) 25% of payment must be paid before the reservation can be confirmed. This is normally within seven days of verbal agreement. The remaining 75% is payabl

This is a very good villa and is better in real life than in the photos. It is in a 1st class location in Dunas Duradas and is very clean and well maintained. Lovely sized pool.
