The villa has air-conditioning in all of the bedrooms, as well as the lounge area and the large private pool can be heated. The property has a comfortable lounge/dining room with cable TV, DVD, CD and air conditioning and patio doors out to garden and pool area. Master double bedroom on the first floor with en-suite bathroom and large private balcony. Twin bedroom on the ground floor. Fully fitted kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. Double bedroom on the ground floor with en-suite shower room. One separate shower room. Private pool approx. 8m x 4m & built in BBQ area. Maid service is included 5 days per week, excluding weekends and public holidaY.

The villa is near to the famous golf courses of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo, and the beach and a choice of excellent beach restaurants are approximately 1km away. In addition to your own private pool, guests have the use of the Dunas Douradas facilities (supplement charges may apply), including 24 hour reception, large Roman style pool (communal), children's pool, bar/café, mini market, tennis, and an excellent restaurant. Please Note: There is a road beside this villa, however this has not caused any problems for past guests.

Prices are based on per villa per week. A security deposit of £300 will be due at the time of booking, however, this is fully refundable 14-21 days after your arrival home. In order to make a booking, we will require a 30% deposit and the remaining balance 10 weeks prior to your departure.

Cots can be requested at £30 per week. Highchairs can be requested at £20 per week. Pool Heating can be requested at £175 per week. Air Conditioning can be requested at £125 per week.

Please note our cancellation terms (as follows) will apply once a booking has been made:-
Up to 10 weeks prior to arrival - loss of deposit.
4-10 weeks prior to arrival - 50% loss.
2-4 weeks prior to arrival - 75 % loss.
2 weeks prior to arrival - 100% loss.
