This delightful townhouse is in a quiet and peaceful setting, and is within walking distance of the glorious sandy beach and main clubhouse pool. A spacious, master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom occupies the first floor, while downstairs is the guest bedroom with twin beds and an adjacent shower room. Both bedrooms have an air-conditioning unit (hot or cold). Well equipped and practical kitchen with all appliances. The living room, and dining area have been furnished in a Portuguese rustic style. Leading off the living room is a paved terrace, partly shaded by a pergola, and with a charcoal BBQ. The garden is totally enclosed therefore very private and safe for children. Views are to pine woodlands. NEW BATHROOMS INSTALLED. NON-SMOKERS PREFERRED.

Notes: Benefits from all Dunas Douradas facilities including use of large swimming pool, tennis courts and play area. There is a 5 star restaurant and pool side bar. The resort has 24 hr reception facilities and there is round the clock security. The villa is managed locally and maid service is midweek and Saturday. Extra maid service can be arranged at additional cost. A complete linen change is provided twice a week. Cots and highchairs can be provided upon request, at an extra charge. There are 2 stairgates available in the townhouse, free of charge. Although maximum occupation is 4 people, there is a fold up bed that could accommodate another person or child, if necessary. Please request this. There is no additional charge for this, but it will restrict space in bedrooms. Please note that in the low seasons of December (excluding Christmas and New Year), and January the pool bar and restaurant is closed. The mini-market remains open all year.

MINIMARKET: There is a small mini-market near main Clubhouse. It only stocks basics, mostly drinks.

TENNIS: There are two tennis courts within 5 minutes from the property. A resident coach is available. The courts can be booked through the main Reception. Within a 5 minutes drive are the 14 courts of the Vale do Lobo Tennis Club and there are weekly programmes of coaching and competitions. In Quinta do Lago, just 10 minutes drive away, is Jim Stewart's Tennis Academy. Weekly roll-ups and private coaching available.

RESTAURANTS / ENTERTAINMENT: There is an immense choice of restaurants for all tastes and prices. Information and recommendations are available from Reception or found in the property. There are two shopping centres within a 10 minutes drive from the resort. At the Buganvilia shopping centre you will find cafés, an Italian restaurant, a Chinese restaurant, and an upmarket Japanese Sushi & Steak house. In addition, there are 2 night-clubs, one that particularly caters for youngsters. The other is a very elegant and trendy bar and dance night club and is beside the Japanese Sushi & Steak House

Golf: Golf discounts on a number of courses nearby, such as Pinheiros Altos, Quinta do Lago, Vila Sol, Vale do Lobo and Vilamoura, are available from Reception.
