The villa hosts a fully equipped kitchen, shower room, spacious lounge/dining room with patio doors opening onto a patio/garden area, perfect for alfresco dining. There are 3 bedrooms to the first floor each having access onto a balcony, perfect for your early morning coffee. The master bedroom with built in wardrobes is sophisticated furnished leading to the en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi. The remaining two bedrooms have twin beds, built in wardrobes and share the second first floor bathroom. The villa is fully air conditioned and also has Sky TV. Cot and high chair are available if required for a small charge.

Notes to the rental rates

• Please note all the above rates are per week based on a maximum of 6 guests sharing. Check in available from 3.00pm on day of arrival, check out at 10.00am on the day of departure (allowing sufficient time for cleaning to take place before the next guests arrive). A 20% non refundable deposit is required when making a reservation. Balance is due 8 weeks before arrival. Payment is accepted in Sterling to our UK account or Euros to our Portuguese account. We are happy to supply a high chair & cot, bedding not provided, to ensure your 'little one' has comfort whilst away from home. Payment for this on arrival at the villa, the items will be prepared and ready for your use on arrival. A £250 damages deposit is required with your final balance. This will be refunded in full within 14 days of your return home providing all is well in the property.

Additional Services

Airport transfers are available should you require them. Up to 4 people - 40 Euros each way. 5 - 7 people - 50 Euros each way. A 7 seater with driver is also available for golf trips by arrangement. Babysitting can also be arranged. 10 Euro per hour before midnight 15 Euro per hour after midnight. Cot and High Chair - 50 Euro per week (cot linen not provided) payable on arrival.
