This charming villa was completely renovated in 2005 and now has beautiful bathrooms and new kitchen and FULL AIR-CONDITIONING. Ground Floor: Lounge / dining room with digital Satellite TV with BBC channels and CD/Radio/Cassette and DVD, Patio doors leading to dining terrace. Fully fitted kitchen with washing machine and microwave. Twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. Full Bathroom. First floor: Queen size bedroom with doors to terrace. Twin bedroom and a bathroom. There is an alarm system and a safe. The villa has a swimming pool 7m x 4m with steps. There is a large brick built BBQ and shower. Walled garden and driveway.

This lovely villa is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, close to the popular Blue Flag beaches of Galé with the nearest beach and beach bar of ‘São Lourenço´ just 300 metres away, only a few minutes walk and Galé beach is only a 2 minute drive. Shops, bars and restaurants are in walking distance. Guia is only a few minutes drive and is famous as the chicken piri- piri capital with over 20 good value restaurants. Albufeira town and Marina is 8 kms and is full of nightlife with bars & discos. The old town is very interesting with narrow cobbled streets and old fisherman houses and then there are the numerous music bars and street entertainers together with regular free shows in the main square in the summer season. Zoomarine park is just a few minutes drive and water slide parks are 10 mins to 20 mins drive. Algarve Shopping the largest shopping complex in the region is a 10 minutes drive, with Multiplex Cinemas and Ten Pin Bowling.

Notes to the rental rates

Discounts available for low occupancy (up to 4 persons) for mid and low seasons. Changeover day: Thursday. in main season. Clients must vacate by 10:00 am. Cots and high chairs can be provided at an extra cost: Cot: £15 per week. High Chair: £10 per week. TO BOOK : By e-mail or phone. Bookings are confirmed after we have received a 25% deposit together with the booking form. The remaining 75% (last payment) is due 8 weeks before arrival date. A breakage deposit of £200 is payable at the time of paying your final holiday balance. This will be refunded within 14 days after your return, providing there has been no problems reported by our property management office.

Our property management office is about 2 km from the villa and they offer friendly advice, help and assistance to all our guests including a welcome visit to introduce you to the apartment and surrounding area. They also sell tickets to waterparks, zoomarine, golf, boat trips and excursions at discount prices. There is also an emergency telephone Nº provided. All guests receive a welcome food pack with our compliments.

Air-conditioned lounge / dining room with Satellite TV with Digibox and card offering a comprehensive selection of channels and Hi-Fi. Twin bedroom, double bedroom, bathroom, WC / Cloakroom. First floor: Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The lounge and all bedrooms are air conditioned for cooling & heating. The garden has a secluded lawned area and a triangular shaped swimming pool with Roman steps (one side 7m & the other 8m) which can be heated (this is an optional extra). The swimming pool is surrounded by terraces with a built in BBQ.
