This very attractive and secluded villa enjoys a lovely location close to Cliff Richard`s villa. Set in grounds surrounded by walls with a gated entrance leading into a large cobbled driveway. There is a large new swimming pool (built in 2005) surrounded by terraces and gardens containing fruit,almond and carob trees. There are large open terraces with a covered B.B.Q./ dining area which overlooks the new swimming pool (10m x 5/6m)with Roman steps. Patio doors lead from the living, dining area and from one bedroom on to the terraces. Ground floor: Hall, New fitted kitchen with fridge, microwave etc., dining room, lounge with digital satellite TV with BBC channels, 1 double bedroom, two twin bedrooms all with en-suite shower rooms,with large walk in showers First floor: Large landing with sitting area, master bedroom (twin) with bathroom en-suite, roof sun terrace which offers beautiful views to the coast. In front of the house is space for various cars. Car hire is essential

The villa is close to Cliff Richard`s villa about 7 min drive to some of the most beautiful Algarve beaches. Albufeira town is 6kms, around 10 min drive. The old town is very interesting with narrow cobbled streets and old fisherman houses and then there are the numerous music bars and street entertainers together with regular free shows in the main square in the summer season. The nearest supermarket is in Guia town (2kms), famous for many good value restaurants specialising in 'chicken piri piri'. Our villa management office is 3km from the villa and they offer advice, help and assistance to all our guests including a welcome visit to introduce you to the house and surrounding area. They also sell tickets to waterparks, zoomarine, golf, boat trips and excursions at discount prices. There is also an emergency telephone Nº provided. Algarve Shopping, the biggest shopping centre in the region with several shops, restaurants, bowling, hypermarket (open Mon-Sun until 12:00 pm) is at Guia
