An outstanding high quality villa, set in peaceful landscaped grounds of 3/4 of an acre, offering lovely country views, total seclusion and privacy, enclosed by fencing and electronic gates. Sir Cliff Richard´s villa and vineyards are located in the surrounding area . The large swimming pool (10m x 5m) which can be HEATED, has side Roman steps and is surrounded by terraces and a lawned garden with a feature built-in BBQ area. At the bottom of the garden there is a lovely thatched & decked pergola with comfortable seating. GROUND FLOOR: Hall with WC / Cloakroom, fully fitted kitchen / breakfast room, open plan dining room leading through an arch to lounge with Digital Satellite TV with BBC , ITV and other channels, DVD, and mini hi-fi. Double bedroom with en-suite shower room, and patio door to terrace. Twin bedroom with patio door to garden, shower room, Double bedroom. FIRST FLOOR: Large landing with Sofa bed, Double bedroom with en-suite shower room and sun terrace.

Nearest Train: Ferreiras at 7 Kilometres
Nearest Motorway: Albufeira at 4 Kilometres

The villa is close to Cliff Richard`s villa about 7 min drive to some of the most beautiful Algarve beaches. Albufeira town is 6kms, around 10 min drive. The old town is very interesting with narrow cobbled streets and old fisherman houses and then there are the numerous music bars and street entertainers together with regular free shows in the main square in the summer season. The nearest supermarket and fruit & vegetable market is in Guia town (2kms), famous for many good value restaurants. Our villa management office is 3km from the villa and they offer advice, help and assistance to all our guests including a welcome visit to introduce you to the house and surrounding area. They also sell tickets to waterparks, zoomarine, golf, boat trips and excursions at discount prices. There is also an emergency telephone Nº provided. Algarve Shopping, the biggest shopping centre in the region with several shops, restaurants, bowling, hypermarket (open Mon-Sun until 12:00 pm) is at Guia.
