Rental rates for the villa in the Algarve, Portugal

Notes to the rental rates

• Prices listed above are for 4 persons. Additional charge for 5th person (should be a child) : 75 Pounds per week. Air conditioning is included. Pool heating is optional for 100 Pounds per week. Discounts available for less than 4 persons in Low season.
  
• Changeover day: Saturday in main season. Clients must vacate by 10:00 am. Cots and high chairs can be provided at an extra cost: Cot: £15 per week. High Chair: £10 per week. TO BOOK : By e-mail or phone. Bookings are confirmed when we receive a 25% deposit together with the booking form. The rRemaining 75% (last payment) is due 8 weeks before arrival date. A breakage deposit of £150 is payable at the time of paying your final holiday balance. This will be refunded within 14 days after your return, providing there has been no breakages or damage reported by our property management office.
  
• If you want we can arrange your car hire and airport transfer, please ask for rates.

Service

Our property management office is 4 km from the villa and they offer friendly advice, help and assistance to all our guests including a welcome visit to introduce you to the apartment and surrounding area. They also sell tickets to waterparks, zoomarine, golf, boat trips and excursions at discount prices. There is also an emergency telephone Nº provided. All guests receive a welcome food pack with our compliments.

You can buy tickets to most of the above plus much more with a 10% discount from our local Management Office.
