The villa is located in a quiet area at the end of a cul-de-sac on an extremely pleasant and established residential estate, only 10 minutes drive to the Blue Flag beaches of Galé. The villa and mature gardens are totally enclosed by a wall and gates, which offers a great deal of privacy. The mosaic tiled kidney shaped swimming pool (approx. 9m x 5m) is surrounded by terraces. There are 4 sunbeds and an outside B.B.Q. & shower. There is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom together with a bathroom and also a shower room. The fully fitted kitchen has a toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and microwave. There is a spacious lounge / dining room with digital satellite large FLAT SCREEN TV with card offering a comprehensive selection of channels , including SKY SPORTS & MOVIES, DVD and Hi-Fi. INTERNET CONNECTION. Fully fitted kitchen, BBQ, Mature Garden. Both bedrooms and the lounge are fully air conditioned. Maid service: Twice per week.

This lovely villa is situated on a small residential estate, Quinta dos Alamos, on the outskirts of Guia, which is only a 10 minute walk. Guia is a small town with shops and famous for its many good value restaurants, of which there are over 20. There is also a supermarket and fruit & vegetable market. The Blue flag beaches of Galé are only five minutes drive away. Algarve Shopping the largest shopping complex in the region is only a few minutes drive, with Multiplex Cinemas and Ten Pin Bowling. Albufeira town is 6kms, around 10 min drive. The old town is very interesting with narrow cobbled streets and old fisherman houses and then there are the numerous music bars and street entertainers together with regular free shows in the main square in the summer season.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Prices listed above are for 4 persons. Additional charge for 5th person (must be a child on a Zbed) : 75 Pounds per week.
  • Changeover day: Saturday. Clients must vacate the villa by 10:00 am.
    Cots and high chairs can be provided at an extra cost:
    Cot: £15 per week.
    High Chair: £10 per week.
    TO BOOK : By e-mail or phone. Bookings are confirmed when we receive a 25% deposit together with a booking form. The remaining 75% (last payment) is due 8 weeks before arrival date. Payment can be made by Debit card (no charge) or Credit card ( 1.5% surcharge), cheque or transfer
    A breakage deposit of £150 is payable at the time of paying your final holiday balance. This will be refunded within 14 days after your return, providing there has been no breakages or damage reported by our property management office.
  • If you want we can arrange your car hire and airport transfer, please ask for rates.

All guests receive a welcome food pack with our compliments.
