Estrella Cadente is ideal for a large family, or group of friends who would like to holiday together, but retain a degree of privacy and independance. The villa is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, and only a few minutes walk to the two Blue Flag beaches of Castelo & Evaristo, both beautiful sandy bays with their own beach bar restaurants. Albufeira town & Marina is just a 5 minute drive, there is also a bus service. The large 'overflowing' style swimming pool is cleaned biologically, so the water is particulary nice to swim in. There is a large BBQ, and spacious terraces with sunbeds. : Apartment A : 3 bedrooms (2 twins & 1 double), bathroom, shower room, open plan lounge with satellite TV / dining / kitchenette with oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. This lovely villa is situated on a small residential estate, Quinta dos Alamos, on the outskirts of Guia, which is only a 10 minute walk. Guia is a small town with shops and famous for its many good value restaurants, of which there are over 20. There is also a supermarket and fruit & vegetable market. The Blue flag beaches of Galé are only five minutes drive away. Algarve Shopping the largest shopping complex in the region is only a few minutes drive, with Multiplex Cinemas and Ten Pin Bowling. Albufeira town is 6kms, around 10 min drive. The old town is very interesting with narrow cobbled streets and old fisherman houses and then there are the numerous music bars and street entertainers together with regular free shows in the main square in the summer season.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Prices listed above are for 4 persons. Additional charge for 5th person (must be a child on a Zbed) : 75 Pounds per week.
  • Changeover day: Saturday. Clients must vacate the villa by 10:00 am.
    Cots and high chairs can be provided at an extra cost:
    Cot: £15 per week.
    High Chair: £10 per week.
    TO BOOK : By e-mail or phone. Bookings are confirmed when we receive a 25% deposit together with a booking form. The remaining 75% (last payment) is due 8 weeks before arrival date. Payment can be made by Debit card (no charge) or Credit card ( 1.5% surcharge), cheque or transfer
    A breakage deposit of £150 is payable at the time of paying your final holiday balance. This will be refunded within 14 days after your return, providing there has been no breakages or damage reported by our property management office.
  • If you want we can arrange your car hire and airport transfer, please ask for rates.

All guests receive a welcome food pack with our compliments.
