The villa has just been totally renovated, and is now very modern throughout. The villa can be rented as a 2 bedroom or a 3 bedroom except in peak season. As a 2 bedroom all the accommodation is arranged on the ground floor: Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and fridge freezer. Lounge / dining room with Digital Satellite TV, with a comprehensive selection of channels, DVD and Hi-Fi. Large patio doors leading onto the terrace which overlooks the pool area. Twin bedroom, double bedroom, bathroom and a Shower room. As a 3 bedroom there is a Double bedroom with an en suite bathroom on the 1st floor. All the bedrooms and the lounge are fully air conditioned for cooling and heating. The garden has a secluded lawned area and a triangular shaped swimming pool with Roman steps (one side 7m & the other 8m) which can be heated (this is an optional extra). The swimming pool is surrounded by terraces with a built in BBQ.

This attractive villa is situated on a small residential estate, Quinta dos Alamos, on the outskirts of Guia, which is only a 10 minute walk. Guia is a small town with shops and famous for its many good value restaurants, of which there are over 20. There is also a supermarket and fruit & vegetable market. The Blue flag beaches of Galé are only five minutes drive away. Algarve Shopping the largest shopping complex in the region is only a few minutes drive, with Multiplex Cinemas and Ten Pin Bowling. Albufeira town is 6kms, around 10 min drive. The old town is very interesting with narrow cobbled streets and old fisherman houses and then there are the numerous music bars and street entertainers together with regular free shows in the main square in the summer season.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Changeover day: Saturday, but flexible in Low season. Clients must vacate the villa by 10:00 am. A 5th person can sleep on a Z-Bed (should be a child), which is available as an optional extra: £75 per week. Cots and high chairs can be provided at an extra cost: Cot: £15 per week. High Chair: £10 per week
    TO BOOK :
    E-mail or phone. Bookings are confirmed when we receive a 25% deposit together with the booking form. The final 75% (last payment) is due 8 weeks before arrival date. A breakage deposit of £200 is payable at the time of paying your final holiday balance. This will be refunded within 14 days after your return, providing there has been no breakages or damage reported by our property management office.
    PAYMENTS can be made by Debit card (no charge) or Credit card ( 2% surcharge) or cheque or transfer.
  • Air-conditioning is inclusive. Pool heating is optional for £125 per week.
  • We can also arrange airport transfers and car hire.

Service: Our property management office is about 8 km from the villa and they offer friendly advice, help and assistance to all our guests including a welcome visit to introduce you to the apartment and surrounding area. They also sell tickets to waterparks, boat trips and excursions at discount prices. There is also an emergency telephone Nº provided. All guests receive a welcome food pack with our compliments.

Activities: Zoomarine Park (sea life): 10min drive; Two Waterslide Parks: 10min & 20 min drive; Horse riding over the sand dunes: 5min drive; Water sports & jet ski on Galé Beach; Big game & Reef fishing from Albufeira marina just 5min drive; Krazy World (zoo & mini golf): 20min drive; River trips, Jeep Safaris, Sea day trips with barbecue on a secluded beach; Excursions to local markets and other places of interest in the Algarve, to Seville and Lisbon. This was our second visit to a villa in Guia and we very impressed with this villa and as it says it has been fully modernised including sky tv ( we don't even have sky at home so that was a great novelty for watching all the uk tv at night time).
The pool was heated for a few days ( we didn't request this ) and would recommend heating in May.
Garden and grounds are immaculate and we saw both the gardener and the pool attendant several times during our one week stay.
Guia is a small town with many typical Portuguese restaurants and a few bars,the Algarve shopping centre is only 3 miles away and sells everything you could posibly need.
Albufeira is approx 5 miles away and has many pubs/clubs/restaurants etc.
Guia is ideally situated (40 mins west of Faro airport) for exploring the Algarve and it's many waterparks and golf courses.
The villa has full aircon (not needed in May) and the patio door has a insect net which slides across to keep insects out and 10 month old daughters in!!!

the house is in a quiet area, huge algarve shopping mall about 5 min by car, next beach about 10-15 minutes, we loved the pool (which can be heated), kitchen has got everything you need: dishwasher, microwave, washing machine....and we bbqed nearly every day....its a perfect holiday home and we hope to be back one day
