The villa has just been totally renovated, and is now very modern throughout. All the villa accommodation is arranged on the ground floor: Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and fridge freezer. Lounge / dining room with Digital Satellite TV, with a comprehensive selection of channels, DVD and Hi-Fi. Large patio doors leading onto the terrace which overlooks the pool area. Twin bedroom, double bedroom, bathroom and a Shower room. Both the bedrooms and the lounge are fully air conditioned for cooling and heating. The garden has a secluded lawned area and a triangular shaped swimming pool with Roman steps (one side 7m & the other 8m) which can be heated (this is an optional extra). The swimming pool is surrounded by terraces with a built in BBQ.

Rental rates for the villa in the Algarve, Portugal

^*Please Note: The owner of this property accepts payment in the original currency specified, before use of conversion tool. The conversion tool is provided for your convenience only. The owner may accept other currencies if specifically agreed in advance.

Notes to the rental rates

• Changeover day: Saturday, but flexable in Low season. Clients must vacate the villa by 10:00 am. A 5th person can sleep on a Z-Bed (should be a child), which is available as an optional extra: £75 per week. Cots and high chairs can be provided at an extra cost: Cot: £15 per week. High Chair: £10 per week
  TO BOOK : E-mai or phone. Bookings are confirmed when we receive a 25% dposit together with the booking form. The final 75% (last payment) is due 8 weeks before arrival date. A breakage deposit of £200 is payable at the time of paying your final holiday balance. This will be refunded within 14 days after your return, providing there has been no breakages or damage reported by our property management office.
  
• Air-conditioning is inclusive. Pool heating is optional for £100 per week.
  
• We can also arrange airport transfers and car hire.

Service

Our property management office is about 8 km from the villa and they offer friendly advice, help and assistance to all our guests including a welcome visit to introduce you to the apartment and surrounding area. They also sell tickets to waterparks, zoomarine, golf, boat trips and excursions at discount prices. There is also an emergency telephone Nº provided. All guests receive a welcome food pack with our compliments.
