The villa is located in a private gated cul de sac which it shares with its sister villa 'Paradis' and is surrounded with a lovely garden of lawn, palms and colourful shrubs. The swimming pool with Roman steps is surrounded by terraces with a shower & BBQ. Accommodation: Ground floor : Lounge / dining room with Digital Satellite TV with BBC channels, DVD, and a radio /tape player - Patio doors lead out to a covered dining terrace overlooking the pool & garden area. Kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Double bedroom, Bathroom. First floor : 2 x Twin bedrooms one with en suite bathroom and the other with an en suite shower room and both with patio doors leading out to a lovely large sun terrace with country and distant sea views. All bedrooms are fully air conditioned (this is available as an optional extra). There is an alarm system and a safe.

This attractive villa is well located midway between Guia and Albufeira. The beautiful beaches and sand coves of Galé, São Rafael ( recently voted 4th best beach in Europe) and Castelo are only a 10 minute drive. Guia which is only a few minutes drive is a small town is famous for its numerous (25+) good value restaurants. Albufeira town is 7 km away, around 10 minutes drive. The old town is very interesting with narrow cobbled streets and old fisherman houses and then there are the numerous music bars and street entertainers together with regular free shows in the main square in the summer season. Algarve Shopping the largest shopping complex in the region is a few minutes drive, with Multiplex Cinemas and Ten Pin Bowling.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Prices shown are for up to 6 persons. Discounts available for low occupancy (up to 4 persons) for low season, mid and High season. Changeover day: Thursday in main season. A 7th person (should be a child) can be accommodated on a Z bed for £ 75 per week. Cots and high chairs can be provided at an extra cost: Cot: £15 per week. High Chair: £10 per week. Clients must vacate the villa by 10:00 am.
    TO BOOK : By e-mail or phone. Bookings are confirmed when we receive 25% deposit together with the booking form. The remaining 75% (last payment) is due 8 weeks before arrival date. A breakage deposit of £200 is payable at the time of paying your final holiday balance. This will be refunded within 14 days after your return, providing there has been no breakages or damage reported by our property management office.
    Payments can be made by cheque, transfer, credit or debit card ( There is a charge for card payments )

Lovely villa

Mum, Dad, Grandparents and a 2 1/2 and 1 year old. The villa was absolutely perfect for our needs. Extremely well equipped, everything we needed for a family holiday. The maid service was excellent. We enjoyed the al fresco dining, and the wonderful sunsets. The pool was kept very clean and the gardens were lovely. We would certainly consider coming again. thank you.

Excellent Villa

We had an excellent holiday in this villa , the maid came every day and the villa was spotless when we arrived. the villa is located in a very quiet area, but yet local attractions were not to far away. eg zoo marine , albuferia and splash zone .

you deffinetly need a car if u wish to stay at this villa as its slightly to far to walk. there is a little restaurant at the end of the road that you could walk to.

everything about this villa is fantastic we had a great holiday and would love to return .
