Casa do Cerro do Lenho is a charming, luxury villa located in the stunning, unspoilt valley of Larga Vista near Paderne. The recently refurbished villa with private pool is set within delightful gardens. Enjoy dining al fresco or for that touch of romance, watch the sunset from the roof terrace. The Algarve is a paradise for golfers and sun lovers alike. There are a variety of amusements for the family close by, including several waterparks, zoos and boating day trips. Foral is situated about 2 kilometres away from Paderne just off the road to Sao Bartolomeu de Messines. Foral is a peaceful and quiet village location with several excellent quality local restaurants nearby. A great place to get away from it all or if you want a quiet beach or to join the crowd, it's all within reach with easy access to Albufeira, Villamoura and the glorious Algarve coastline. Go to Lisbon for the day and see the sites - it's only two hours away on an express train from Tunes Station (15 minutes from the villa). Visit the Oceanarium and see Europe's largest collection of marine life and be back by early evening.

Notes to the rental rates

All prices are inclusive of electricity, gas and water.
Saturday to Saturday rental period in peak season July/August(other arrival days can be negotiated with the owners direct out of peak season).
Stays shorter than a week or rates for longer stays of more than 3 weeks between October to May can be negotiated with the owners. The quoted rates above are based on up to 4 PERSONS sharing.
FOR BOOKINGS OF 5/6 PERSONS PLEASE ADD AN EXTRA £100 PER WEEK.
A 25% deposit is required when booking. If the booking is less than 8 weeks before the start of the rental period, full payment is required. The normal check in time at the villa on the day of arrival is 16.00 hours, and check out time is 10.00 on the day of departure.
All linen and towels are provided. Please bring your own pool/beach towels.

Villa details
Casa do Cerro do Lenho is a charming villa located in the unspoilt valley of Larga Vista near Foral, just north of Paderne. The recently refurbished villa offers superb comfort and is set within delightful gardens, beyond which can be found an orchard of orange and lemon trees. Enjoy dining al fresco on the shady patio overlooking the garden or watch the sun set from the roof terrace with its spectacular views across the Portuguese countryside. The villa has a private driveway with ample parking space. There is a good sized pool with outdoor shower and sun loungers. Also around the pool area is a large double built-in barbeque. On the terraced area leading from the house and on the sun terrace can be found an eating space with table and chairs.
Amenities
Through the kitchen, via a small hallway, can be found the first of three bathrooms. Each bathroom is complete with bath, shower, basin and WC. Beyond this is the bright and spacious lounge area, with comfortable seating and a log burning fire for winter guests. Adjacent to the lounge can be found the dining room. Both these rooms have direct access to the patio outside. There are two twin bedrooms, both with storage space, and one with an en suite bathroom.The main double bedroom is found at the end of the hallway and is also en suite. There is a separate dressing room leading from this main bedroom and again access to the patio outside. Each room is supplied with sheets, duvets, blankets and pillows. Each guest is also supplied with a bath and hand towel. Amenities/facilities provided: hob, oven, dishwasher, cot (on request), fridge/freezer, microwave, room fans, BBQ, iron/board, private pool (sole use of guests), washing machine,satellite TV, DVD, video,sun loungers
Shopping/Golf
On arrival at the villa, you will find useful information about the area, activities and other tips. Our friendly English manager will also be pleased to answer any queries you might have. Within 5 minutes drive from the villa are three good local restaurants. A large shopping complex, with supermarket, multi-screen cinema, bowling, restaurants and cafes/bars can be found within 20 minutes drive, near Guia. Supermarkets and a lively market can also be found at Messines, 20 minutes away. Many golf courses, suitable for professionals and amateurs alike can be found in the surrounding area. Possibly the most famous, found at Vilamoura, are approximately 30 minutes drive away. Details of the many activities that are available in the local area are all in the Welcome Book and pack that is provided for you in the villa.
