Villa 110 is a 3-bedroom villa completed in April 2005 and which occupies one of the highest positions in Parque da Floresta. The property, situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, has panoramic views of the 13th golf tee and the Atlantic. The villa has its own secluded, private swimming pool (9m x 4m) and extensive private sun terraces and gardens with screening walls and hedges. On the upper level, there is a spacious open-plan living/dining room with access to a further set of sun terraces, one of which is equipped with a further dining area and a barbecue. The upper floor has a separate cloakroom with toilet. There are three en-suite bedrooms on the ground level. Wireless broadband is provided.

Parque da Floresta is a golf and leisure resort in an elevated position in the heart of the Cape Saint Vincent Nature Reserve. It is surrounded by small villages, including the picturesque beach resorts of Burgau and Salema. The nearest beach is 5-minutes drive away at Salema. Villa 110 is a newly built 3-bedroom villa which occupies one of the highest positions in this exclusive resort. The property, situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, has magnificent views of the 13th tee to the north and the Atlantic to the south.

Maid service is provided for two visits of one hour per week with weekly linen change. Pool heating is available at an additional cost of £15 per day, including any days requested before arrival to ensure an adequate water temperature on arrival. A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking, the balance is due 8 weeks before arrival. All guests staying at Parque da Floresta receive a 40% reduction on golf green fees and free membership to Club Esprit for the duration of their stay. Cots and highchairs are available directly from Parque da Floresta

There is a 18-hole, par 72 golf course, a golf academy with resident professional instructor and a driving range with video coaching facilities. A health and beauty spa is available in the resort along with a gymnasium which has regular exercise classes. Other activities include bowls, tennis with instruction available and archery in the summer. There is a children’s play area and organised activity programme during the main summer holidays. There is a wide selection of restaurants and bars in the area. Detailed information, gained from personal experience, is provided in the villa. The attractive town of Lagos with its marinas, restaurants and nightlife is about 15 minutes drive from the villa. Parque da Floresta is approximately 60 minutes drive from Faro airport, and the new motorway from Faro leads directly to the western side of Lagos.
