Accommodation: Ground floor: Hall, cloakroom, lounge/dining area with digital satellite TV and Hi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen, twin bedroom with bathroom (bath + shower). A sofa bed off the lounge can be curtained off and used as a double bedroom and people who sleep there have a private shower room. First floor: Twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and terrace (sea view). Double bedroom with en-suite shower room and balcony (sea view). Double bedroom with en-suite shower room and balcony (sea view). Basement: Garage containing Sauna, laundry with washing machine and dryer. Garden: Gateway for parking, pool with terraces, piece of grass and some bushes, and plants. There is an alarm and a safe.

This beautiful large villa is situated in a small urbanisation east of Pera. The house has beautiful sea and country views. There is a small road(short cut) to the superb sandy beach some 5km long between Galé and Armação de Pera with several beach bar restaurants and facilities to hire sun beds and sunshades. Albufeira town is 10km away, around 15 minutes drive. The old town is very interesting with narrow cobbled streets and old fisherman houses and then there are the numerous music bars and street entertainers together with regular free shows in the main square in the summer season. Guia town is 5km and is famous for many good value restaurants specialising in chicken piri piri. The nearest supermarket is 300m away. Algarve Shopping the largest shopping complex in the region is a 10 minutes drive, with Multiplex Cinemas and Ten Pin Bowling.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Changeover day: Thursday. Clients must leave the villa by 10:00 am. Prices shown are for up to 10 persons. A 11th and 12th person (should be a child) can be accommodated on a Z bed for £ 75 per week per Z-bed. Cots and high chairs can be provided at an extra cost: Cot: £15 per week. High Chair: £10 per week. Booking via e-mail. First payment: 25%, within 10 days after the booking. Remaining 75% (last payment) within 8 weeks before arrival date. A breakage deposit of £300 is payable at the time of paying your final holiday balance. This will be refunded within 14 days after your return, providing there has been no problems reported by our property management office.
    Payment can be done by cheque, Bank transfer, Debit card, Credit card (surcharge of 1.5%)
  • Pool-heating is available for an extra 100 pounds per week. Please book previously.
  • Mobile internet dongles £35 pw on request only

    We can provide a quality car hire service, from either Faro or Lisbon airports, or have the car delivered to your villa. Or if you prefer, we can arrange airport transfers to your accommodation
