This beautiful spacious villa nestling in the hills east of Loulé is both private and peaceful. The house is furnished with a combination of antique and modern and provides maximum comfort. The property has an 86 square metre open plan living/dining/kitchen area and central courtyard with a water feature. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. The master suite has a two metre square bed with large en-suite bathroom. The two “guest” bedrooms have comfortable beds and en-suite bathrooms. One guest bathroom is equipped with grab rails for the shower and the lavatory to assist any less able-bodied occupants. Separate laundry room with indoor and outdoor drying facilities. The pool is salt water being suitable for people with allergies or breathing problems. The pool area has a large pub bench for al fresco meals with plenty of room for relaxation. The villa is available July/August when the owner is away. Other times of the year by special request.

The turning from the main road is in a southerly direction on a tarmac road at the Poço Novo crossroads. From there it is 1.8 km most of which is on a tarmac. If a villa away from it all and with no noisy neighbours just over the fence is what you are looking for then this house is for you. All home comforts and mod cons. A recently constructed villa that has had plenty thought put into the planning. Good insulation means that the house is cool even in high summer. It is a home for most of the year and the standard of comfort reflects this.

As Romas is a very tranquil place to stay, in peaceful surroundings in the hills - off the beaten track - you'll need a car - but close enough to São Brás de Alportel and Loulé for shopping, and just 30 minutes from Faro airport.
We have stayed there for several years running and hope to return again in the near future. The accommodation is excellent, spotlessly clean with a well equipped kitchen / sitting room, laundry room, every bedroom is ensuite, all leading off from the central courtyard and all the facilities that you could ask for - a real home from home, with friendly customer service from either Catharine or Daphne.
There is a well maintained salt water pool and terrace, accessed from the Kitchen / Sitting room and a delightful garden. I would not hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone and have done so, to my disappointment when they booked my intended weeks!! - a perfect family holiday.
