• The property prices are based on 2-4 sharing. There is an additional cost for larger parties sharing.
  Air-conditioning is included. Pool heating if required is a supplement of £100 per week.
  Outside of 9 weeks prior to travel a deposit of 25% is required. At 9 weeks prior the full balance will be due. Credit card charges are 2%.
  A refundable security deposit of £300 is due when paying the balance.

The spacious lounge has two large comfortable sofas, patio doors leading to the outside dining area and the terrace overlooking the pool and garden. Just off the lounge is a separate TV room with a large Plasma screen television with full satellite package and a Bose Lifestyle CD/DVD system which is also piped to the outside terraces. The fully fitted kitchen is extremely well equipped. It has a breakfast bar, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, electric hob, dishwasher plus all the usual kitchen appliances. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine and a separate tumble dryer.

The master bedroom is located on the first floor. It has a king size double bed, satellite TV, patio doors to a large terrace overlooking the garden and pool area. There is an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a walk in shower. There is a further twin bedroom on the first floor which can be made up as a double bed. Patio doors lead to the large terrace overlooking the garden and pool. There is a separate shower room with a walk in shower. On the ground floor are two twin bedrooms which can both be made up as double beds. They share a separate bathroom which has a bath and a walk in shower.

The garden has a large lawn area, plenty of trees and shrubs and a large terrace overlooking the pool area. It is fully enclosed with a fence and automated gates onto the driveway. The pool is 10m x 5m and can be heated on request. There is a covered BBQ area with a gas BBQ.
